The staff at this establishment is very rude to their valuable customers. How were they rude: one associate handles multiple check out transactions simultaneously. They should have finish checking out one customer at a time instead of juggling Back and forth with multiple customers. It seems Very unprofessional and impersonal! More important, poor customers service for a store that sells children clothing that’s more on the expensive side. Plus, the Store is under staff every time I’ve been in there and I can’t get help with out asking multiple times. Overall experience from a scale of one to ten, I would have to say it’s below average so a three borderline four. I love the products though!

The clothes are over the top expensive… BUT check out the clearance section! The accessories for boys and girls are amazing and always way more affordable!

Down this way for a wedding and my wife wanted to shop! We stepped into J&J and were greeted quick with a smile, pointed to the deals and spent some money on our two girls! Great service and great product… GO!!!
