We went through several custom cabinet makers to find a solution to modify the built-​in to accommodate our sound system without compromising the uniformity of the built in look throughout the house. Everyone says the job is too messy for them to undertake, but not Jean Yves. No job is too small or too big or too messy or too far for him. He works all over in the desert — from Palm Springs to Indio. He is very straightforward, honest, and upfront with his pricing and time estimate. He came out first to check out the project and offered a solution that was simply brilliant! He knows a little bit of everything, and this came in really handy. He was able to create more room in the built in by pushing into the dry wall exactly the amount that we need and without changing anything about the façade of the built in. He did what he said he would do for less than half the price the other cabinet makers quoted us before finally turning the job down. Jean Yves finished the project on time, and the work is just spectacular. Seriously, the guy does art! While working on this project, he also spent an hour fixing all the other problems in the house that we were thinking about hiring Handyman services for. Jean Yves is affordable, reliable, and knowledgeable. We are also hiring him again to do our laundry room.
