Their coupons online are a hustle. You think you are paying one price but by the time that they are done, they have done all sorts of add ons that I did not approve. Integrity should not be part of their name. Hustle should be.

Wow where to begin, I was looking for same day service on 06÷27÷15 for a condo in Palm Springs and called this company. The initial quotes to do high traffic areas and stairs seemed reasonable. When the technician came out he quoted me three levels of service $ 400, $ 280, and $ 160; I commented that I could probably have the stairs recarpeted at those prices since I had additional carpet in the garage… hindsight is 20⁄20. They did a sufficient job on the flat, high traffic areas but the steps dried with white detergent-like stains in the middle of each step. I contacted the company and mentioned my disappointment and suggested I would go on line to review the company and express my disappointment. They asked for another chance and have actually been back TWO times to redo the stairs and I still have this white detergent-type spots on one set of the stairs. When I called today and suggested we consider adjusting my bill I was put on hold, then disconnected. When I called again the husband was hostile, angry, made comments that he’d sue me for defamation, my carpet was nasty, had bad padding or some weird pet stains and that I should replace the carpet to sell the condo… well folks, this is a part-time residence, I just wanted to clean the steps before listing the condo for sale and this is what I got from ChemDry… absolutely disappointed and unprofessional with the last and final encounter with them. I’ll contest some of the charges on my VISA. He was so hostile I’m considering changing the code to enter the gated community, he seemed that hostile and angry!

I have used Integrity Chem Dry twice and each time the technician, Daniel, was very professional, courteous and hardworking. I am currently pregnant and could not pick up the rooms and so he moved all the furniture, toys, décor, etc. for me without hesitation. I also like the fact that I do not have to worry about fumes in the house because of the chemicals. It’s all very safe. The service was quick and thorough and I am always very pleased with how my carpets look afterwards! I would highly recommend this service to anyone in the area.

I called to get an estimate on some VERY stained and damaged carpet. I used a coupon from Valpak. The coupon did not cover the major restoration that was needed, which is fine. They did a great job and once the carpet dried, the stains have not re-appeared! The cost was pricier than expected, but it got the results I wanted.

I called company regarding an 8×20 rug that couldn’t be wet cleaned. We were having a problem finding someone to do it and quickly. I have a design and remodel company in Palm Springs, and this was for a client. The company — based out of Moreno Valley — said if we brought it in $ 120 – 140. But if they came to us $ 80. When the young men arrived — suddenly we only had the choice of $ 120 for a cleaning that would not do the job, $ 160 or $ 200. There excuses were nonsense. Well because there were multiple colors it could run, etc. I was livid, but chose the $ 160 because we had to get it done. 15 minuetes later my employee on site called me to let me know what a scam and a joke it was. They were there 10 minutes. Did less than what would have been done with a grocery store carpet cleaner, and the results were terrible. I called the company. The young man called me and said«well, someone walked on it after we cleaned it»(again, BS. They had gotten NONE of the dirt or spots out they were called in to handle.). This time it came out a bit cleaner — still not great, but why not actually do the cleaning and spotting they were being paid for in the first place? Then they said«well maybe we can get the company to give you some money back, since they quoted you something else». No one seems to know anything about that now either. And somehow the $ 160 charge I agreed to ended up at $ 170 on my credit card. PLEASEBEWARY! I am in business here. I do everything I can to give quality work at good prices. This operation has just really upset me. And to think that they would take the name INTEGRITY???
