I took my car here after I got into an accident. The owner, Duncan, is actually really rude and should let others handle the customer service. I for the most part can let that go. However he wouldn’t let me know anything wrong with my car, wouldn’t touch it etc. for over a week. Finally a quote was sent to me through my insurance. Took over a month to get my car back. When I got my car back it wasn’t aligned, which was included on my quote since it involved replacing the entire passenger side struts, shocks, wheel etc. I ignored it because I didn’t want to deal with Duncan’s attitude any longer. Also at the time I was living in San Diego and really needed my car back for work. During the first two weeks I got my car there was a strange clunking noise from the passenger side where they worked on my car. I ignored it since my boyfriend at the time assured that it was probably just the sound of the parts. During this time I popped the hood to check my fluids and oil and a nice surprise of a half eaten porkchop bone was found. While driving back down to Palm Desert I actually had to pull over in Temecula because the sound from the passenger side was so terrible I knew something was wrong. The next day I took my car back over to the shop and THANKFULLY there was such a nice middle aged man there and happily took my car in (no charge) 15 minutes later he said the strut bolt was loose. Great, awesome. I can move on with my life. No, it’s gets more comedic. I got a call as soon as I got to La Quinta saying that the mechanic thinks he left his phone inside my hood. Sure enough it was there. Awesome. Turned around and had to drop it off. It’s safe to say I will not be returning. Duncan your attitude can be ignored, but not if the quality of work matches.

Sadly, I was in an auto accident while backing up in a parking lot. A Federal Express and I decided to meet, and it wasn’t a fair fight. This was the car we towed behind our motor home, and we were far from home and on our way to Mexico. Our insurance agent recommended Kustom Kraft Collision Center, and what a wonderful suggestion! We drove the car to KKCC and were immediately greeted by a great staff, especially Denise at the front desk. We were certain we would be stuck in Palm Desert for a week or more, but there was nothing else we could do. Our car went into the shop on a Tuesday, we had the car back in perfect condition by early Friday afternoon. They did a beautiful job, they were friendly and very professional, and the work was perfect. If anyone else was unfortunate enough to have a need for auto body work, our recommendation would be Kustom Crash Collision Center.

Duncan and crew were good and worked with me and my budget. They went above and beyond the work order and saved me money. I’m not an auto body mechanic but the work looks good to me.

I was backed into in a parking lot while at work. Although not major damage, it was still enough to warrant an insurance claim. Kustom Kraft is a select service provider as of the time of this review so I gave them a shot. Duncan was quick and professional. They only took 2 days and it was done right. I would do business here again, thanks.

I was in a car accident, once again hit by someone running a red light in Palm Desert.
My car was towed to Kustom Kraft for inspection. They were able to inspect my car quickly, send the paper work to my insurance company. Unfortunately, it was a total loss.
