I come from Orange county for the permanent makeup artist. Vanessa is the best! The whole office atmosphere is awesome. They are so professional. It is worth the drive and inconvenience. I have referred many women and none have been disappointed. I will keep returning.

I absolutely love CSI; every time I go in there the staff is always so bubbly and happy (such a warming experience). I just got a breast augmentation done by Dr. Mo and I’m absolutely in love with his work. He did such an amazing job! His team that helped with the augmentation were all so helpful and informative before the operation. If I ever need any other work done, I would definitely go back to Dr. Mo!

C.S.I is the best hands down!!! I am a stylist at J’Russell the salon and I send all my clients friends and family to them and everyone loves family!!! Dr. Mo is so great with everyone he is so good at what he does! All of the girls there are so sweet and catering to your needs!!! If you have not been to C.S.I then u need to get in there!!! You will thank me later!!! I

Seriously, this place is a hidden gem. Whenever I am in town I make sure to book an appointment for a facial. They are the real deal!
All of the estheticians are really good! I have seen Adrienne and Marisa.
The facials include derma-​planing, oxygen, and another treatment as she sees fit. I usually get an enzyme mask and lactic acid with vitamin C.
The price is completely worth it and I feel a great value!
They also do many other things here since its a cosmetic surgery business.
If you are wanting to get a facial or get a consult on something else (Botox, fillers, laser hair removal). Go here!

I gave my daughter the money for a breast augmentation and she told the surgeon, very clearly, the way she wanted them to look and the size. When he was done he took the liberty of changing the look because, as he told her, he felt they looked better the way he did them. In addition the scaring under her breasts is terrible and her right breast has a small moving lump which he told her was the implant. Two repeated visits with him and he just shrugged off her complaints with no resolution. Buyer beware.

This has to be one of the best Cosmetic Practices anywhere. Dr. Zakerieh is a professional. He is kind and committed to the best outcomes for his patients. Peggy makes injections seem effortless. She has years of experience and is just good at what she does. For facials, this has to be the most results-​oriented facial you can find. Both aestheticians are outstanding and I book them by availability. I will never have another spa facial again… what a waste of money when you can have a medical facial for much less money than you would spend in a hotel.

Esthetician Marisa Rivera was excellent. She gave me a facial unlike any other I’ve ever had. It was treatment after treatment of cleansing, blemish removal and face rejuvenation. She uses high quality products and the environment is peaceful and relaxing. Whenever I’m in the Palm Springs area I always make sure to pay her a visit.
