Place was nice, cute and people were friendly. It was not busy at all. I had the bacon, kale and cheddar omelet which was ok. The cheese seemed to be missing tho. Kale was crisp and plenty of bacon. For the price, it was slightly disappointing.

Long wait, expensive prices, tiny servings. This place did not live up to the hype. I had the stuffed avocado with salmon salad. It was very fresh and I felt pretty healthy eating it, but for $ 10, it felt like I was eating a mini appetizer. My daughter had the panini which was a little soggy, and my wife had the 2 egg breakfast with the smoked salmon.

I have been here several times with friends. If you’re looking for a good breakfast place, this is a wonderful place. They have beautiful pastries plus good coffee and iced cappuccinos. Service is friendly and attentive.

A very good café. The décor is not really impressive, not trendy or modern by any means, but it is cozy. The service was very good, staff seems to be well trained and are all attentive. Had doubts about the food because of the mixed reviews, but must say the food is delicious! The ingredients were very fresh, and both dishes I got very flavorful. The only thing would say is the food portions are not that great, hence the reason for ordering 2 dishes, could not make up my mind on which one to order, so ordered both. Prices are a little on the higher side, but the food makes up for it. Will definitely return because I was very impressed by their food.

Great breakfast and brunch place. Really good service coupled with a unique take on traditional breakfast items is a win! I had the portobello mushroom eggs Benedict with potatoes. Wow! So good! The wife had the truffle and spinach omlette, also very good. If you’re in Palm Springs definitely check Clementine’s out!

This place was perfect. A great way to end a great weekend with great service, food and the place was awesome. The owner took her time to come by abs check on us. The waitress was attentive. I will be visiting often.

One of the best little gourmet cafes I have ever been to. The ambience is great here because they have a little shop, bakery, and café which makes you feel like you’re in Italy or France. The food is great as well. The ratatouille was delicious with a tangy tomato sauce and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place! The waiter we had was very friendly and funny.

If I had to describe it simply — boring and disappointing. We went for breakfast and what the menu and the server described with what was served was very different. It was almost described as an explosion of flavor and display, but what was served was contrary. The food is basically a Mediterranean version of Denny’s. If you enjoy diner style food, then you’ll probably enjoy it here — I personally just don’t enjoy diner food. The coffee was smooth but not as strong as I enjoy. Service was REALLY good and attentive, and there’s a bread pudding here that’s delicious. As for the menu items, not so much. The food was not greasy at all, which I’m really happy about. I’ll come back and try the lunch menu and hopefully be able to give it a better review.

The food was fresh. However they cooked my Croque Madame wrong. I specifically asked for over medium with yolk runny and whites cooked and it came just about over hard. I did not return it but told the chef; highly unhappy with that. It was tasty. The pastries were beautiful and we ordered two which were delicious. Our waitress was not happy to be there. Waaaay too expensive. Probably won’t be back.

Great atmosphere but service is spotty and the food, while good, is overpriced. The pastries are delicious and the«very French» items for sale are very attractive! I’m a local and live nearby and when they started the $ 19.95 dinners I was thrilled. BUT they took it off the menu and you had to ask for it. Now I’m not sure because I haven’t been there for a while. My grandkids were here for Coachella and went for breakfast and they were disappointed in the poor service and small portions this year.

I really liked my Oven Roasted Turkey sandwich. Large portions so I was pretty stuffed afterwards. The pickled veggies give it an extra kick. Found 2 little fuzz balls on my sandwich which probably came from a towel or something. Not a big deal but just something I noticed. No room for desserts but they looked delicious!

This place is like a nice Denny’s. The potatoes we’re cold on my breakfast plate and the side salad was pathetically wilted and soggy. Our server was really nice though!

Not a bad place at all. We got there around 10:30AM on a Saturday morning and the wait was around 15 mins. We looked at all the pastries at the bakery while we waited. They all looked so delicious! We ended up ordering the Croque de Madame, the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and a Strawberry Pistachio Tart from the bakery. The Croque de Madame I usually have is similar to stuffed french toast, but the one at Clementine’s is just on a piece of bread. The ham was very good, the eggs were fried perfectly, and the cheese on top was a good touch. The bread was a little hard to cut through though. The bechamel, in my opinion tasted similar to country gravy and was very good. I ended up putting it all over the Croque de Madame and potatoes. The potatoes were a little mushy for my taste, I like my potatoes to have a slight crunch! From the bite of Eggs Benedict that I got, I thought it was a good dish. Nothing too special though. The smoked salmon was good, but wish we would’ve gotten a little more for the extra price we paid. The Strawberry Pistachio tart was delicious — I expected it to be filled with a pistachio cream, but it was actually filled with a pistachio cake! Service was decent, and prices were alright. Higher than what I’ve paid at other breakfast places, but there is still a good amount of food on the plate. Overall, it was a nice place to grab some breakfast and a pastry, not my favorite breakfast joint in the city, but would recommend for a nicer place to go to.

Great restaurant for lunch and breakfast. Very good service and the food is amazing. You can tell the person that’s cooking cares. We will be back. Thanks

Haven’t given this place a fair shot since it was only during the tail end of a food tour, and by that time, everybody in the tour was worn out from all the other stops. So, expect this review to change in both content and rating in the future. From the looks of it, there seems to be a lot going on. Different sections for different choices. Seating looks somewhat limited, although I don’t imagine huge crowds to make that a problem. Seems like a fun place to meet up with friends. Yeah…I definitely can’t give an accurate review if all I had from here was a tiny chocolate pastry, which was alright. Look for an update soon…

Stopped by during a break from weekend shift in palm desert and came to this amazing little place! It’s a very trendy place trying to feel Parisian style which they pull off well! Decorations is simple but trendy, can order off menu or at the market counter. Breakfast only served until 3 pm! After that only tapas and market food! Started with hot chocolate which was not too sweet like most places… then had wonderful warm sweet potato soup again not too sweet and then English tea sandwiches(salmon wayyyy better than tuna) and finally the kofta with the exploding flavor! This was truly relaxed and wonderful!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. This place is very chill /kid friendly and great food. I had the croque de madame breakfast and everything from the homemade bread, eggs, potatoes all was cooked expertly. My wife the 2 egg breakfast with fruit and she said everything was on point. This is definitely a great spot to check out.

Adorable little French café in Indian Wells. We grabbed some breakfast here over the weekend and we were welcomed with a gust of air conditioning right when we walked in(THANKGOD!). The café is spacious with a marketplace and indoor seating. You can take your food to go or dine in. Our server was extremely hospitable and took great care of us! FOOD: I ordered their stuffed avocado with salmon which was healthy, filling, and delicious. It comes with a hard boiled egg and shrimp. The avocado was perfectly ripe and the side salad was perfectly fitting and the dressing was wonderful. Although the dish was so simple, it was so good! My boyfriend got the short rib panini which came with a side of housemade chips. The meat was super tender and very flavorful. If I were to eat the entire sandwich I would have thought it was too salty but my boyfriend really enjoyed it. I do wish that the bread was a little more crunchy… The meat was juicy so it made the bread moist. Their pastries looked delicious. I wish we were able to try some :(

Came to Palm Springs for the first time & super hungry, me & my friend decided to stop here(ok, well I decided to stop here) because we wanted breakfast. I ditched Starbucks for this place and I was so sad! Because I was extremely dissappointed. We sat down in this French style café and had a menu of like 20 things but only 4 of which to choose for breakfast. I had the option of yogurt(meh), an egg panini($ 15 no way), naked eggs(eggs & toast) or crepes with berries. Naturally, I figured I could’ve eaten yogurt and basic eggs & toast at home so I ordered the crepes. My friend the naked eggs with bacon added. In the end, besides the fact that our server(possibly manager) Spencer wasn’t too friendly(I overheard him shoo away another guy who was about to greet us rudely near us telling him we were already treated, which we were, but not very enthusiastically). I ordered the crepes and the interior filling of cheese had a very strange texture, kind of reminding me of Mexican Cotija cheese because it was lumpy(or spoiled milk) and the crepes themselves didn’t seem fresh(or good really) so I had no choice but to quietly & as politely as possible request something else. I figured ordering eggs was the safest option and Spencer was really nice about it. I DO have to say though that the berries were good and the orange whip cream — that was amazing! After getting the eggs & toast, which I liked because the toast was thick– I felt better but did not touch the potato dish it came with as my friend said it was over seasoned and it didn’t really appeal to my palate. Granted, after that and double the price I would have paid at Starbucks I really regretted not going yo Starbucks and even more sorry when I saw IHOP down the street. I probably will not be back, just simply because I didn’t enjoy it and thought it was way too overpriced for the quality of the food. That notion was also reinforced by the burnt smell in my nostrils the last 5 minutes before leaving as someone in the kitchen burned something badly or perhaps there was a fire. I don’t know. But it gave me a headache.
