These two are pretty much hair Gods. I’ve been coming to them for almost two years now and have always left the salon happier than when I came in. Carlyn has color skills like no other and Brent leaves you with the perfect up to trend haircut. They listen to you and give you exactly what you ask for-​if not better! I highly recommend them to anyone I meet and just can’t imagine what my hair would look like if I hadn’t met them. You will never be disappointed I promise you.

Brent is the best! Not to mention they are the cutest couple (I’ve never had Carlyn do my hair be she is super sweet too and and Id trust her as well!) ! I always look forward to getting my hair done here!

These two are talented and passionate individuals, so you can imagine what they’re like as a working duo. They are in love in life and love what they do and it really shows. I’ve always felt safest with a business that has longevity with its community, let alone 1 street! El Paseo has been Brent and Carlyn’s home and it doesn’t look like they’re going anywhere. Cut, color and customer service. 5 Stars for sure.

Carlyn is a phenomenal hair stylist — she is exactly what you are looking for if you are looking for a stylist who is cutting-​edge and does elite hair designs. Works with the grace and professionalism of a seasoned new york stylist. If you are looking for trashy highlights and slanted bangs, please see your local supercuts. Carlyn also has doll-​like skin that will make you very jealous and love (envy) her, so just be warned.
