Been going to eat in most restaurants on PGA but i came once to Paddy Macs and loved it so Saturday I went back and it was awesome. Great bartenders and servers energetic and fun. Good crowd too good patrons. The food is awesome good dolphin fingers and awesome mini sausages and the pot pie was to die for. Also the bread pudding would make anyone under questioning talk ASAP! Its that good. They make home made prime rib too. Good pours and great flavors this place rocks.

Staff was friendly and attentive until it was time to go. Then they couldn’t be found. My wife wasn’t very hungry so ordered the onion soup and I ordered fish n chips. We also ordered a crab stuffed mushroom app. We were told there were four. We had already started our entries when they came out. Didn’t even try them just sent them back. My fnc was two large pieces with a very thick breading. It was crispy on the outside and the fish was done but half the breading was uncooked.

Great pints of your Irish favorites. Dinner options are fantastic. Over the course of many visits I have tried the potato soup, corned beef fritters, chicken pot pie, shepherd’s pie, and the cottage pie. All are delicious, served piping hot, and with great service.

Since I just moved to this area last year, I checked Paddy Mac’s website on 3÷14÷16 but they had nothing about St. Patrick’s Day coming up. I called them and spoke with some guy with an Irish accent. I asked him if they were planning anything special for Thursday. He acted kind of strange so I had to ask leading questions. Then he said something about an outdoor tent. OK, good. Then he said they would have the traditional corned beef and cabbage. Then he asked me if I could sing. Wasn’t sure if he was trying to be funny or if there would be an Irish sing-a-long. So I went there on St. Patrick’s Day. Got there around 5:15PM… got in a short line but there was a $ 5 cover charge(hmmm…that guy at the restaurant didn’t say anything about that, nor did the website)!!! When I lived in SoCal and celebrated the day at different pubs/restaurants, there was NEVER a cover charge! I did not have cash or my ATM card so had to go home to get that. Got back there by 6PM. Line a little longer but not bad. The event did not flow well(trust me, I’ve been to several SPD events in the past and even though crowded, it always worked). I put my name in for dinner but then the gal said they had a few long tables set up along the outside. I went and sat down and waited… and waited… and gave up as no one came to take my order. So I just got a beer in the outdoors tented area(there were two other areas in which to buy a drink). Sat down to listen to the band. Before they started playing, they announced that they would play for a short bit and then take a break. They also said that they would be playing regular music and only the band inside was playing Irish music! You have got to be kidding me. We are supposed to be celebrating St. Patrick and his missionary work… and the Irish! So I got up and stood in line to go inside. Stood in there listening to the band. You could kind of hear them but could not hear the lead singer — talking or singing. Drowned out by the roar of the crowd. Oh, and the whole time I was there, not one familiar Irish tune was played! And yes, I am Irish! My mom is of the Murphy clan. So if the cover charge was for the bands, it was a total rip-off. I left after an hour. Very disappointing. I will not got back next year. I think Paddy Mac’s was more interested in making a buck instead of focusing on the true celebration. Side note: Today I noticed on their regular menu that they do not have corned beef and cabbage for a dinner entrée. Very strange as that is a traditional American Irish dish. They probably don’t make it themselves and only buy it pre-made/pre-seasoned during this time of year. Anyway, I may try this place during a non-event. Just giving you the heads up for next year.

Great food, best Half and Half around, great staff and comfortable atmosphere. Hugh and Adele are the best. Shepards Pie is definitely the best, however try the steak. Ciaran was our server several times now, and he is the BEST! Thanks to everyone for an enjoyable evening!

This is my favorite Pub in town. The beers are cold and the food is delish… A few of my favorites are the lamb, fish and chips and the bangers and mash. They have great live bands that play in the evening. The best part of Paddy’s is the staff… Everyone is very friendly, attentive, and funny.

Really cute, authentic Irish pub. Very friendly staff and good Irish food — if you like french onion soup this is literally the best I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend the soup to everyone! Live music on the weekends is also really good.

The fish and chips were very good, but a little over priced. I expected a better beer selection with more local beers. Mediocre at best.

Paddy Mac’s is as Irish of a pub as you can find in Palm Beach County(so Boston, NY and Chicago people you are warned…). This restaurant/pub is located in Palm Beach Gardens and attracts a lot of regulars who knows the owners and keep going back. So that tells you owners are friendly and the locals feel comfortable here. As a non-regular but someone who visited several times, I might be a little more detached in my view of this place. Food is good. It’s Irish-inspired with some twists. Beers are good and I love a pint of Harp or Guinness when I am here. Now, on the outside they have several tables, it’s like a nice and large patio. Great place to chill, but service outside can be very, very slow. Matter of fact more than once I got tired of waiting and went to order inside at the bar. This happened several times. Prices are in line with the type of restaurant and the location, Palm Beach Gardens, so why not cheap at all, if you live in PB County you’ll be fine with them. Overall it’s a place I don’t mind stopping when in the area, normally for a couple of good beers.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve eaten this year and the last. It’s your typical elementary school lunch presented by the teachers in the art department. I’m very fair when it comes to judging the quality of food because I take into consideration factors such as a single plate not making or breaking an establishment or which meal time I walked into. But this was not fair. We had 4 different plates chicken, sausage, a burger, and duck. These plates were not worth an $ 80 check. I could’ve been here then McDonald’s later on in the day for the first time and would’ve been blown away. The sides could’ve been taken out of a box in my freezer and then microwaved. It’s not fair. Did the chef climb Jack’s beanstalk to retrieve the Royal goose? What?! Not worth it. For the first time Unilocal let me down.

The Guinness here is like no other… a wonderful start for me, while the Mrs. went crazy with an iced tea. She had the Tipperary chicken… and loved it. I had the pasta seafood. It was fine, but a bit salty. BTW, I ate the whole thing. Service was not especially attentive, but the place was crowded, They served us two fantastic mini loaves of Irish soda bread and a couple of large slices of corn bread… and two large balls of butter. The atmosphere is festive, with an active bar scene, with a mixed age clientele. Go, you should find it fun.

I hate the places that use a small carafe to pour a glass of wine The folks at Paddy Macsat Patty Max use the same carafe for all kinds of wines never wash Any bartender should be able to pour a glass of wine to a certain level without the aid of a carafe what is wrong with the owner don’t they trust the bartenders why can’t they buy glasses you have a mark on them to show how much they should pour I would never ever again order a glass of wine here when the pour into a carafe and spoil more wine with a mixture of somebody else’s Place used to be nice but now looking cheap Food portions have gotten smaller, prices increased and the quality is less Wake up Hugh!,

This place is warm and friendly from the minute you walk in(welcomed & briefly chatted up by a manager) and we had a great dinner here with friends that are regulars. We started with their«Pint of Sausages» served with two homemade mustard’s. Great snap to the skin and absolutely delicious. Their menu mentions that sausages are made in-house. That’s enough for me to go with their Bangers and mash next time. My wife and I shared the Irish Cottage Pie, hot and served in a cast iron pan, and crispy fish and chips. Both were large and excellent. Along with a Guinness served with a perfect creamy head it was a great meal and something different for a nice change. We’ll be back.

Love this place! Love the food and the service. The lamb and shepherd pie was amazing!!! The lamb was melt in your mouth close your eyes and enjoy yummy. Wish I could give them more stars. Did I say I love the service? I felt like every need was attended to and my table was cleared of junk the whole night. Where can you go where ALL the staff are so friendly and helpful and amazing! You almost feel like you’re at home. If you are near by this is a have to stop by and try them out.
