I just wanted to write a quick update I really enjoyed living here, however I unfortunately will have to leave, due to the price. I received notice that my rent will increase to approximately $ 1600. I am already paying a very high price as it is, and if I’m going to pay more than that, then I might as well be paying for a house. It’s a nice complex, a nice lake, wonderful staff in the leasing office, but unfortunately I just don’t feel like it’s worth that much for one person. I understand that Palm Beach Gardens is on the pricier side, but there are other apartments even in this area that offer pretty much the same thing, and in some cases more, for less than what I am paying at Montecito — and that’s considering a possible 10−15% rent increase like I received here(it would still come out to less at some of the other nearby neighborhoods). The only difference between this neighborhood and those neighborhoods is a gate, which, let’s be honest, this is Gardens. If I had any reason to feel unsafe, I wouldn’t live around here. Again: best complex I have ever lived in. Maybe I’ll come back when I get a huge promotion at work

Absolutely disgusted with this place. Staff in office rude and unhelpful. My hot water broke twice in two weeks because it wasn’t fixed properly and ac broke too all within three months. Complaining to heir corporate
