Great place, great people and great food, what more can you ask for?

I eat here usually twice a week on my way to work and the food is simply amazing. Carolina, the owner, is an incredible baker always perfecting her skill taking frequent trips to Colombia to attend courses with top notch people in the food industry. When I eat her buñuelos, almojàbanas o pandeyucas I feel like I’m back home in Medellin.
It is a small but cozy place and you’ll always find smiling faces behind the counter if it’s not Carolina herself or either Elvira or John her husband. The coffee is awesome and has become so popular that she is now offering it for purchase in individual bags! It’s a secret mix of different kinds of toasted and ground coffee. It makes for great gifts!
I love eating here and my coworkers are hooked as well!
She offers a fixed lunch menu several times per week which is also wonderful!
There is always pastries available like pasteles de guayaba or arequipe and new items are frequently popping up too!

Wow. What a gem. We tried several tasty treats asking with some eggs and pancakes stuffed with cheese. I forget names of foods. But everything was excellent. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Pastry we tried was also yummy. The coffee was very good. I’m not one for cream in coffee, buy this coffee was mighty tasty nonetheless. Highly recommend.

Going back for our second time today! Can’t wait! Yes, it’s everything A’s more that everyone says it is. Homemade, authentic and the best, freshest pastries ever!

Good Pan de Bono and Café con Leche. The Pan de Bono was fresh out of the oven. Service was quick and friendly. It is a cozy and inviting little shop. The breads and pastries look appetizing. I will be back.

Simply the best coffee in the Pam Bay/​Melbourne area. Owners are great! Everything is good, sometimes we go for breakfast and ended up buy lunch to go. Even their catering is good and at a great price. I’ve ordered food for birthdays and meetings and everyone love it since it is so good and unique.

Warm and inviting from the moment I was greeted by the owner’s husband. Since I had never been here before I asked for suggestion, the Tamale was outstanding! My fresh made limonada was delish! I came late in the afternoon. Enjoyed a nice meal while getting a little work done. I understand from the lack of pastries in the case, it is not so quiet early in the day.

This is a hidden gem in the Palm Bay/​Melbourne area. They serve the best café con leche in town. They have a good variety of pastries, my favorite being the almojabana (pronounced al-​moh-​ha-​bana, go order it now :)). Pastries are always served warm, always delicious. You can also get authentic Colombian lunch here. They offer catering for special events, including pastries and hors deurs.

The pan de bono are excellent. They’re so warm and soft. They will even offer to warm up the pastries for you if you come later in the afternoon. This is a nice little shop with friendly service.

Just loved it. Great pan de bonos. Great breakfast. The owners are awesome. Prices are very good, you can have a complete Colombian or Venezuelan breakfast with just 8 bucks. And the maracuya juice is great. I’ll strongly recommend them.

A wonderful surprise — we were just looking for a nice coffee and a sweet and found what appears to be an authentic Colombian bakery with awesome pastries and breads. And the café con leche was well made (milk and sugar first, coffee added second to prevent scalding) and was also excellent. Loved it all so much we brought a handful of pastries back for the family. We’ll definitely be back for more!

We went here based on the only other review available and it was definitely worth the trip. Delicious arepas and pastries I would absolutely go back next time I’m in the Melbourne area. Authentic Colombian food and drink is all they serve and you may need to know Spanish to order

I want to recommend this this Bakery to anyway interested in tasting traditional Colombian food. Eating at this place is a real pleasure because of their customer service and because of the quality of their food. This place is a must try for the Latin food lovers. They are constantly innovating with new dishes and new desserts. Prices are extremely competitive. It is really hard not to succumb to the temptation of their delicious pastries.
