For this Starbucks I will say I was pretty satisfied, my drinks came out just the way I was expecting, this location has a drive thru and inside is nice and clean not to mention the outdoor seating. Staff is friendly. The reason for the 4 stars is they need more help, staff runs behind on drinks so yes it is a little slow at times. Other than that I have no problem coming here.

Not sure if it is because this a new drive through location, but their drive thru line is SUPERSLOW! You’re probably better off going inside if you’re in a hurry or just trying another near by location. The baristas a very friendly otherwise, just wish they would be a little quicker with their orders rather than having their line backup.

Usually was fine but now has gone down hill since they became a drive thru.

Tried their new S’more’s Frappacino and it was very good! I like Starbucks flavored coffee’s and frappacino’s, especially their holiday flavors. Customer service is always great and the seating area is always clean! A bit pricey but, if you want great taste, you’ve got to pay for it.

I’m a little bit of a Starbucks addict, so I frequent Starbucks during my business travels. The staff here is nearly the friendliest I’ve encountered & about matches Southern hospitality!

It’s a Starbucks, okay? The layout and the food and drink offerings are exactly the same anywhere you go in the Chicago region. Same music, same decorations, etc. My friend and I had coffees and hung out on Saturday afternoon. I noticed some differences between this and other Starbucks, especially the city locations. There seems to be plenty of parking, but both my friend and I parked a distance away in the Home Depot lot. Starbucks is at the far end of a small strip of stores. Every single spot in the two rows of parking in front of the store strip was full, and they stayed pretty full.(Now that I’m writing this, I’m realizing that this is actually something that’s similar to city Starbucks. Parking’s an issue!). I had a grande latte, and it cost almost a dollar less than I am used to paying. That’s a fine difference to me, but I doubt I’ll be driving to Palatine just to save a buck on my drink. It wasn’t busy on a Saturday afternoon. Although the space is very large — it’s in the suburbs, after all — two-thirds of the place was empty. Only two people were working there, and they had absolutely no problem handling the business they had. In the city, every Starbucks is jam-packed on a Saturday afternoon. Not one customer was using a laptop. Not one. There were pairs of people sitting and talking at their tables. One man was editing on paper. Yes, paper! And he didn’t look old! A couple came with their maybe 3-year-old daughter, and they played a game. Not a computer game, a real board game. Every other Starbucks I’ve visited is at least half full of people bent over their laptops. Not this place. I didn’t even notice anyone playing with their phone, except me. No laptops. No computer games. No dead-eyes gazing into a cell phone. I’m wondering if I inadvertently entered a time warp at the corner of Rand and Dundee and spent two hours in 1992.

This Starbucks is always a convenient stop for me when I see the doctor. It is about ½ mile from his office so I go there first, get coffee and set up to work. The baristas are great, and the coffee consistently good. The atmosphere is very quiet, so it is conducive to work.

Had the most delicious Chai Tea Latte from here. Maybe it was the weather that day, I don’t really know, but it was absolutely amazing!!! Thanks Starbucks, you really know how to warm my soul.

We’ve been coming here for roughly 10 years. It’s a nice corner location with lots of shaded tables outside in the summer. Consistent quality and lovely atmosphere.

Been coming here for ten years. I travel quite a bit and have been to hundreds of. different Starbucks in the country and this by far is the best one I’ve ever been to the most friendliest Batista’s and the best staff Cheers!

With the dimly lit setting, this Starbuck’s held their own within the cliché that are mainstream coffee shops. There were a smattering of comfy chairs in this location(four to be exact), and about 40 or so of their typical wooden-don’t-loiter seats littered throughout the place. Unfortunately though the comfy chairs were already occupied by people that had gone in and colonized them(with laptops and stacks of books, they were not going to give any of them up without a fight). It was a pretty large store, as far as Starbuck’s typically run. Their menu was concise(i.e. small). We ordered two of the new drinks that they were touting for the season. An Iced White Chocolate Mocha and a Hot Cinnamon Dolce Latte(clever clever) at around $ 4 a piece for Venti’s. The White Choco Mocha was like a sugar and caffeine smack in the face. It was very sweet, and I’m grateful that the ice was able to dilute it a bit over time. The CD-Latte on the other hand was a warm blended version of an Apple Pie. All in all a slightly pricey yet delightful evening. We were there for nearly two hours, catching up and talking paint samples. We might return for the cozy atmosphere, that is, unless we can find a nice new place that is a little less mainstream.
