My favorite location! It’s new, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sandwich chain, bar none! Come meet the new crew in Palatine. You won’t be disappointed.

Two stars because the food is at least decent.
In part, some of this review is simply not being from Palatine or Illinois so take my comments in stride.
I’m not used to being disrespected and ignored by a server at the counter. Illinois does rude and poor customer service very well and Jersey Mike’s is par for the course! The lady at the counter didn’t listen, obviously didn’t care, and repeated our order back to us incorrectly twice.
Our experience here is another reason why we cook more often at home.

Terrible service. My girlfriend ordered a cold sub and I ordered a sub from the grill. After about 10 minutes my sub finally was done. After the worker handed me the sandwich I opened it up to find they switched my order with another customers order. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally got the sandwich I ordered. I’m confused why it took so long and why it was messed up the first time especially since there were 6 or 7 people working that day. I will never go to this location or possible restaurant ever again. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here either. If you do just be prepared to get a surprise sandwich.

Most Jersey Mike’s are the same, but if you haven’t been to one in the past, think of it as a high class subway with actual fresh sliced meat and cheese. Also the bread doesn’t have that subway smell that make me nauseous. Even though this location opened up just recently, they were vey quick to make subs for my kids and amazingly they both loved it. They had the veg sub and toppings and cheese tasted like they were supposed to, fresh and the bread was very good.
Overall, a great place to get a quick sub that tastes fresh and comes at a reasonable price.

Man I love this place! Got to thank my wife for introducing Mike’s to me. I just love their tuna sub with chipotle mayo on it. The staff is always super friendly and take great care to make your sandwich the way you want it. Sub rolls are wide and always super fresh and the fact that they cut their meats and cheese to order makes them so much better than Subway.
