GREAT Realtor!!! GREAT Experience!!! Sheryl is absolutely everything you want in a realtor and I highly recommend her. I recently purchased a home, and Sheryl made the entire process from house looking thru closing a pleasant experience. I have only lived in the area for about a year so her experience and knowledge of the area and homes was invaluable. Her experience also saved me thousands of purchase price dollars during contract negotiations. She has a pool of trustworthy resources that was very helpful along the way including lenders, inspectors, and contractors. This helped me tremendously being new to the area. Sheryl’s customer service is above and beyond. She is a one of the hardest working realtors I have used over the years. She is readily available when needed, quick to respond, and took much time out of her personal life to help navigate my deal to closing, including negotiating timely last minute extensions, and working with my lender, all while out of town during what should have been her family vacation. She is a sincere good person, a pleasure to work with, and completely professional. I am really disappointed to see the negative review from another poster. I couldn’t DISagree more with everything she wrote, however, in looking at the other reviews from this poster it is clear she is a serial negative poster, with little positive remarks to say about any business she does business with. So I hope anyone evaluating to use Sheryl’s service will take the time to consider this when reading the negative remarks. I would and will use Sheryl for all my real estate needs in the future. I hope others do as well.

I have purchased many homes in my life and never have I been treated so bad. From lies, to avoiding returning my calls, baiting, unethical behavior and more. I would be glad to speak with anyone who questions this post, because Sheryl has no business serving the public. Just today I called to see when I could pick up my key after 4 weeks of delayed closings and my life turning upside-​down, and thousands, yes thousands of dollars in costs and repairs because of Greenspan Mortgage and First Realty Group (both of whom share an office) didn’t bother to check to see if the home they listed and were selling had a clear title. These people sit back and wait for their commission check to fall in their lap, they do NOT work for it. Run the other way!!!
