We stopped in two weeks in advance to make a reservation. Because we had stayed here before, we requested a specific campsite. We were told they cannot promise that the site we wanted would be available. Upon checking in this morning, the site we wanted was already occupied. We drove around and found another site we liked that was vacant. We returned to check in and were told that site was taken. When we said it was empty, we were told it was reserved. What? How did someone reserve a specific spot and we could not?

Stayed at this«resort» for 3 days as part of a rally group of 30 class B RVs(50 people) in mid April, 2016. My understanding was that this resort was originally designed as sort of an RV condo – sites were intended to be sold to permanent residents. This did not happen and it has evolved into more of a short term facility. The facility is actually pretty nice – premium sites are spacious, some with their own barbeques and small gazebos. Also has a nice gym and pool but access to all amenities including bathrooms is limited – you have to go inside the main office area so not convenient after hours. No where for our group of 50 people to gather inside out of the elements which included two days of 30+ mile winds. Our rally leader contracted with their management over 6 months ago to cater our meals to include 4 continental breakfasts, and 3 dinners for a total of $ 95 per person. Unfortunately, the resort changed hands in January and they refused to honor the previous arrangement. We eventually ended up with 2 continental breakfasts($ 10 per person), 1 hot breakfast($ 12 a person) and an appetizer dinner(afraid to know how much they charged for that – but just do the math). In addition we were charged a 19% gratuity(we served ourselves) and 8% sales tax. With the exception of the dinner, the food was horrible! The continental breakfast was a limited variety of small, dry sweet rolls, melons, and coffee(no decaf or hot water). The hot breakfast was powdered tasting eggs, nasty tasting ham, diced deep fried potatoes and pancakes that could not be cut with a fork. The appetizer dinner was good – egg rolls, chicken skewers, cheese plate, and carved turkey station and, again, melons. I guess you can’t get other types of fruit in Pahrump, NV. The management/owners initially appear to be cooperative but they really aren’t – they saw nothing wrong with the inadequacy of the breakfasts or the amount they charged us for truly awful food. Their cost for the food was way more than it should have been for the quality and quantity. They surpass in deceptive advertising: free drink card was for just one type of caustic tasting drink; charged to use the bowling alley; two for one offer not always honored. I have been the leader/organizer/attendee for several rallies and I can honestly say this one offered the worst food and the highest prices I have ever experienced. I, personally, will never stay or recommend this RV Resort to anyone in my organization nor anyone else I know.

We made reservations to stay here for a week, and were NOT told ahead of time that the sewer connections are not standard! After a full day of driving, we arrived to find the spot we were assigned would not work for us unless we had a sewer hose extension — which we do not. We already knew they were booked solid, and, everyone else is in town as well. The park did manage to find one other spot to switch us to for the week, so it seemed like all would be okay — until we went to walk our dog. I have never seen so much dog poop in any location — anywhere — ever. The nearest area to take our dog for a bathroom break was so covered in dog poop, there was no where for anyone to step. We ended up walking him halfway around the park before we found some areas with clean footing! We are people who not only clean up after our own dog but often pick up other dog’s stuff on occasion, so this is beyond disgusting and unacceptable. While walking we were also looking for trash receptacles or dumpsters so we would know where to take our trash. There are no dumpsters accessible and trash receptacles are few and far between. The park wants people to leave their trash out in front of their RV during the day for pick up. So, the park likes having bags of trash out left around, dog poop scattered everywhere, and does not provide standard hookups. After an hour here I am in a hurry to leave. We will never stay here again.

The pool and office are beautiful!!! The staff is friendly and helpful!!! The sites are TERRIBLE!!! All asphalt and concrete! No place to walk your pets… This is more like a long term living park than a weekend getaway. Security gated after 10pm, everything pretty much shuts down at night. If you don’t have pets or don’t care about the scenery… You’re all good.

I recently stopped by this RV Resort when I was staying at Wineridge to check it out for a possible stay. So now that I have been here for about 5 days I would say this is a find. Even if you have to drive 8 miles from Pahrump town center you will not be disappointed. I have stayed at many RV parks and this is one of the best. Concrete space for your RV and paved for your car. Pool area like you’d find in a time share resort. Grounds clean, they pick up your trash, they assist you to your site and park. We received a buy one get half off to Mark’s Grill and it was good and spotless. One of the cleanest food places I have been. A four hour drive from SOCAL and I will be back. I did not want to leave, that good!

My father, sister and I came to this resort to visit my grandparents for a few days. When we first arrived, we were given a tour of the facilities. We were all pleasantly surprised at how nice the amenities are. We expected the usual pool and small gym, but nothing as nice as it actually was. First, we were shown a nice-sized gym with a good selection of equipment. Next, we were led into the locker room which was also much nicer than expected. It had many nice, wooden lockers, several private rooms where you can get massages on certain days of the week, and a super-clean bathroom/changing room. We were shocked to find that they not only had a private steam room in each of the locker rooms, but also a spa and sauna. We were then taken outside to the courtyard, which had a heated lap pool, a hot tub, and a large rock waterfall with a grotto. From there, doors lead to laundry services and a nice banquet hall for events. Our favorite was the bowling alley which is attached to a bar and grill. It only had about 8 lanes but never felt crowded, even on their free bowling nights. The food and drinks were good and decently priced and the chef/bartender was very friendly. As for the location, it’s a little far from the main part of town, but still on that main road, so you don’t have to drive more than a few minutes to get to any of the restaurants, casinos, or stores. We’ll definitely be returning.

This«resort» has a small bowling alley, grill & bar, exercise room & pool. My family & I enjoyed bowling and some drinks. The people at the small bowling alley & grill were very nice. I then went to the front desk with $ 50 cash expecting that this would be enough for my wife & two young children to use the pool. We were told that we were not welcome, that we had to join the«resort» to use the pool. We thought we would swim, have some food and drinks but obviously this place is making so much money or is so exclusive that they don’t need the revenue. I had no problem spending another $ 100 here but they declined the business. Unless you have more than $ 150 dollars to spend for an afternoon of entertainment, this resort is obviously too ritzy for you.

I wish I had read the Unilocal reviews prior to driving here. The park is out of the way and on the run down side. I guess it isn’t what we are looking for in a RV resort. Cold and dirty pools.

Came here for a large party in the«ball room» we’ll call it. Very nice looking place insided as well as out. Plenty of parking and very nicely landscaped. Very clean and nicely decorated on the inside as well. Only major problem was that the AIRCONDITIONINGBROKE either during the party or before. Regardless it made it really hard to stay cool in Nevada summer and in a room of dancing people.
