TC Performance is just an amazing place. I’ve currently only been a member for a month but I really love going there. I’ve never been a person who lifts weights and honestly they just kinda intimidate me but I’ve learned so much in just a month. All the trainers are so welcoming and definitely push me to try something I haven’t without making it too scary. Most gyms I get bored but every class is different. Within a month, I’ve def. gotten stronger and have seen changes as well as felt way better. If you’re looking for a place to help you get stronger and healthier this is the place. The trainers make this gym amazing.

TC performance is an amazing facility. I have currently been a member for 2 weeks now and i can say i am very pleased with everything this place strives for. The motivation the team effort. If you do not like working out a alone or feel like you need that push plush knowledge for yourself, this is your stepping stone to success.

This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. Tim and his staff of trainers are so supportive. They are there to improve every aspect of your health. I love how they work with people from all fitness levels. The classes are small so you receive a lot of attention and pointers. They are super attentive in making sure you have proper form and do not hurt yourself. Not only do the trainers cheer you on, but the gym attendees do too. Whatever your needs, whatever your fitness level, I am positive that this gym is for you. A true judgement free zone. I can’t say enough about this place. I’m thankful that such an extraordinary place like this exists!!!

I have so much appreciation for this gym. I’ve never felt so motivated until I got serious with my training and as a result I’ve become stronger and leaner. Before I started working out I was a skinny 5’7″ girl weighing at 112lbs. I wasn’t fit and my body type was heavily attributed to genetics so my goal was to gain some«healthy» weight and get stronger. Now I’m sitting at 130lbs and I’ve improved in multiple ways. For instance, it’s no big feat but I was never able to do a pull up and now I can! Tim, the owner/trainer, is extremely nice and encourages you to be the best you, not only in a physical aspect but mentally too. He offers an extensive schedule that balances strength training(e.g. weight lifting, squats, deadlifts,) with conditioning(e.g. sprint work, circuit training) and he’s always switching things up to keep it exciting. What I really appreciate is the classes he offers caters to all levels of fitness. He teaches you mechanics to help perfect your form and builds up from there. I’d definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking into a facility that’ll influence you to live a healthier lifestyle.

That’s right, you not only get better and stronger physically here, you get mentally stronger too. It’s a great-looking facility with top notch coaching. Whether you are a well-conditioned athlete or someone just starting to work out, Tim WILL get you to the next level and help you obtain whatever goal you have. The group classes add interaction and fun to challenging and efficient workouts, whether it be Strength, Conditioning, or Boxing. I personally am in the best shape of my life after gaining 15 pounds of muscle in 2 months. This facility incorporates the Training for Warriors program, carefully put together for kick-ass workouts. Tim Chau is a great trainer. He encourages and motivates his class to strive, workout hard, and get the results you want. His class is fun and at the same time you feel your whole body is all worked up from all the various exercises. It’s all worth going for.
