Not being a «juicer», I can have a hard time spending $ 5 to $ 8 for a pressed juice that I could make at home. What I don’t have a hard time with though is spending that kind of money in a place that brings a real added value to the thing, by combining unexpected flavors and textures resulting in something way more interesting and palatable than a basic pressed juice. Which is exactly what the guys at Juice Crafters do. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something more than a simple OJ. Otherwise, go buy some fresh oranges from your local Farmers Market and press them at home folks!

I came here with some girlfriends after a Sunday hike because everyone was craving a smoothie or an acai bowl. I wasn’t hungry enough to order the Muscle Builder(which my friend recommended) or the Acai Bowl(which every one else ordered). Instead, I decided to try the drink«I Like Um.» It was not good at all. I don’t understand how a drink with strawberries and bananas in it could taste like… watery milk slush. I don’t know — it was real gross, I didn’t finish it. I tried the Acai Bowl AND the Muscle Builder, both were 1000x better than my drink. I’ll just have to remember to never order the«I Like Um» again.

This place may or may not have helped with a cold. Regardless, my trip here was tasty. I showed up, asked for something to aid in healing my pain in the arse cold. The sweet guy in the hat at the register knew exactly what I needed. He suggested the ginger, lemon, and cayenne shot. That thing packed a wallop. I also had an acai bowl with kale and stuff. It tasted pretty amazing, and was texturally fun, so there’s that. Yeah, the place is a bit pricey, but hi, it’s the palisades. Jam out with the background music and sip your juice.

Non-organic and frozen fruit in their drinks. Most recently new staff that never smiles, are overwhelmed and take 15 minutes at times to get an order fulfilled give this one star. Do not waste your time.

This is the whitest of lily white places where(primarily) women gather to drink /eat juices denuded of their fiber, expensive smoothies and yogurt-topped acai bowls and spread pseudo-scientific(«oh…my…god…you totally need to try this, it’s SO important that your juice is cold-pressed») or plain wrong(«these dates are SO good… you know dates are TOTALLY only a California thing») nutritional information. Two dollar signs for price, four dollar signs for value. My advice: invest in a Vitamix blender and do it yourself. In the mean time go around the corner and have some delicious Toppings II and indulge. Like, YOLO.

Even though they sell their homemade almond milk, when it comes time to make your $ 12 smoothie, they use cheap commercial boxed almond milk… Shameful! Get with the program Juice Crafters and have integrity in all that you do and follow companies who get it like Juice Served Here and Moon Juice.

Oh my goodness… What a find this place is. Working in the Palisades now so I will be making this my breakfast lunch and dinner place from now on. I desperately needed to find somewhere that offered gluten free otherwise I want to go to sleep right after I eat !! Gluten free, vegan, fresh, amazing !!!

I have had juices from here, but never stopped into the location. It is small and very personable. I had the aloe water and they happily squeezed fresh lemon into it to customize it. Definitely quality product! A must try, especially for vegans ;)

I visited this location on a Sunday around 10AM — it was already difficult to find parking! Thankfully, there was street parking that opened up. The drinks were delicious — I think I got the Acai power boost. I thought coconut water would make the smoothie more watery but what I received was a creamy, fruity drink that quenched my thirst right after a 3 mile hike in the heat. I loved the interior — a wall full of basket of fruits and great decoration. I’d definitely like to go back, but hopefully to another location so it would be easier to find parking!

The fresh juice can resolve our thirsty. Love all the cold presses juice, and they accept customizable juice. It’s a little pricy but with the cold pressed juice, that’s acceptable. Will come back for more

Incredibly delicious smoothies. My favorite is the east west. My fiancées favorite is the Acai one. The best part though is the Acai bowls. They do them better than anyone else. Only downside is the cost. It is pricey. But after all we are in health conscious LA. If you really want a less expensive option for Acai though, try Acai Nation down the street for a not as delicious but still good and cheaper alternative.

Juice Crafters is easily my favorite juice bar in all of Los Angeles(which is saying a lot, considering LA was the start of the juice and smoothie craze). The reason Juice Crafters stands out amongst its peers is because of its acai bowl. It is a smoothie bowl covered with strawberries, banana slices, coconut, and vanilla granola. The consistency of the acai and quality of the fruit are fantastic and definitely outshine other acai bowls that I’ve tried and they also don’t skimp on the fruit. It also has a great range of smoothie and juice offerings, including some remade juices in a refrigerator that you can grab if you’re in a rush. My personal favorite is the Summerland smoothie, which has kale, almond milk, banana and cinnamon. It’s very low in calories, but delicious and filling. Oftentimes I’ll grab this smoothie as breakfast or a snack if an acai bowl sounds too filling. Although it can get busy at times, the line moves quickly and you can actually call in your order ahead of time if you’re in a rush or just don’t want to wait around at all.

I am a huge fan of Juice Crafters food and smoothies. Although I do find the juice cleanse craze a little bit annoying, I can’t help myself from going in every now and then. My favorite is their acai bowl. It is by far the best one I have ever had and I dream about it when I am not in Los Angeles. The acai bowl(around $ 10) is a blended acai base topped with sliced strawberries, banana, granola, and coconut. If you are interested, you can get a gluten free granola instead. I prefer the original though. Sometimes the wait for your item can be a little longer than you would expect for such a smoothie and juice establishment, but it is easy enough to walk around and come back for your bowl. Another option is calling in your order, which smooths out the process as well. Definitely make sure to eat the bowl as soon as possible as the acai will melt and make the base a lite bit soupy for my taste. Nothing beats the freshly made consistency. My girlfriend is a huge fan of the Summerland smoothie. It is quite healthy and has a ton of kale and greens packed in. The primary taste that comes though is a cinnamon banana though. Although it isn’t my favorite, it still tastes pretty great.

I was jogging at the beach and was looking for a juice spot. I drive about 5minutes and easily found it. I came on a Sunday morning also saw there was a farmers market going on just down the street. Found this place on Unilocal and it is everything the other helpers are raving about. It’s a cute little spot! I had the greener #2 juice. It was simply delicious and perfect! I also had a power bowl, it’s a relatively big bowl the fruit was cut neatly and not only was the bowl nicely presented it was delicious!!! If I’m ever in the area i will definitely stop by again.

I’m not a big juice fan, but after our seven-mile hike around Topanga Canyon, the group wanted to stop in. Plus, Palisades is a fun little hub. The shots here are beautifully done, if nothing else, and my acai was quite nummy, too. My oldest sis got the Chunky Munkey, and it was good. But it did taste as if everything we just lost on the hike was immediately put back on. The best part: The staff all wear fedoras, which is super cute and stylish, and the little hunnie* at the cash register is blonde and Israeli… so you can dream about Bar Refaeli while you pound your cupa’ healthy goodness. (Not meant to objectify or creep in anywayshapeorform; simply complimenting my lovely sistas’ around the world.)

Great place to fuel up after a nice hike. Employees were very helpful going over the menu with us and they gave us an extra small shot of their lemon, ginger, cayenne mix and it was great! The spice was a big surprise, if you have a cold get this shot and it will clear you all up in no time! Their Acai Bowl was very fresh and delicious, a must try! You can see them cutting the fruit for each bowl individually, so you know it’s fresh. Love the décor in the place, very cute! The place is very small, but they have a cute seating bench area near the window which was nice.

Muscle Builder. I love the Muscle Builder, especially after a good workout or a long hike. Tony L. and I have been coming here after hiking at Temescal Canyon Trail(btw, favorite hike*). It’s a short 5 minute drive from the trail and it’s exactly what you need after a hike. I have also tried a couple juices and smoothies besides the Muscle Builder. but nothing beats the Muscle Builder. If you like coconut, almond, blueberries, give the Muscle Builder a try.

This review’s just for the acai here. I got the acai kale bowl cuz it sounded cool, and it came in a humongous bowl, which has kale and spinach. I couldn’t even tell there were veggies in there! It still tasted sweet. But texture is such a key thing for me. I’ve had sorbet, smoothie, ice-cream(my favorite in Burbank!) types. This one was RUNNY. Like acai soup. Eck! To top it off, I found a strand of blond hair in my bowl :(

Best Acai Bowl of my life. Nothing artificial — nautrally sweetened by blending banana and frozen acai together and ITTASTESLIKEICE-CREAM, DAMMIT! I’m not even joking I could eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And it’s so healthy! It’s litterally a bowl of fruit with granola. The first time I got it sans granola with added pineapple and the second time with and it’s tastey both ways but the granola is golden. They’re super sweet and customized all out orders when asked! Such a gem! I’ve heard other places having acai bowls which are super icey which is NOT the case here. If you eat anything today let it be this. I’m drooling as I type.

Well, it’s not the Juicery, which I adore. There’s one in the Brentwood Country Mart as well as Montecito center(that’s Santa Barbara for non-LA/SB people), which, with the entry of Malia Mills(totally obnoxious prices) and NK Apothecary(London store), seems to want to be a mini-Brentwood Country Mart even though Vons, rather than Gelsons or the equivalent, is the anchor market. But it’s the best juice in the Palisades and 3 bottles were 20.50, which is less than I imagined. I guess it was more last time because I selected my own ingredients for Dad when he had that ghastly cough that put him at Saint John’s Health Center a few times. Robek’s is the Costco of juice. It’s solid for fruit and smoothies but that’s not a true juicery with cleanses and special supplements in vegetable juice. I’d give it a TWO for service, however. 1. The people have zero personality and have a sort of bump-on-a-log approach to their jobs. Pressed Juicery has calorie and other nutritional content printed on the bottle but these bottles in the fridge have only the ingredients. When I asked for a sheet of paper to determine how many grams of carb(because if a green juice includes apple, you never know how much apple there will be), she said they had no such information. The guy was a surfer/pot/vegan and certainly better than the mostly mute young woman and he went to a drawer to fish out the information but that looked like a futile exercise and I didn’t care that much. 2. At Pressed Juicery, you can sample ANYTHING they have in the fridge. I’m not going to try something like coconut water, pineapple and spinach or whatever the third ingredient of the special juice was if I can’t have a teaspoon to make sure it’s not utterly repellent. I asked if it was very sweet and how much of it was pineapple and predictably, he didn’t have much of an answer so I passed. It’s high-quality and fresh juice and the Greeners 3 was pretty good. Too much apple in another juice I tried. You can’t mess up grapefruit and mint but I’m not at all impressed with this store. P. S. Daphne Zuniga was in there and she looked terrific in jeans, white shirt, glasses and no makeup. Pretty lady who is aging great.
