Decalo Weight Loss

this business has changed immensely over the last 8 years. It used to be legitimate. Now it is not. They do not wash their hands, wear gloves or clean any thing. It is dirty. I have seen blood on things in the office. The meds are not even real I don’t think. I see many people in the office who have even asked me if I wanted to sell my meds. It is SHADY. Steer clear!!! I am afraid of getting a communicable disease. Thy are rude, and frankly it is not real. Reporting to DEA and health department! Definite HOOD flavor here, not like a real doctor, but more like a pimp. Prices and policies are constantly changing, and the only people who know are the staff, who then treat you like crap over the changes as if you personally did something necessitating the changes or to make their lives horrid. I had my credit card info stolen from this office as well. RUN FAST AND FAR

I was a patient and had not returned in about 9 months. I went early one morning and waited in what was formerly the waiting room. About ½ hr later I was told to wait in another room. For another hr, I watched patients come and go… When I inquired to the receptionist as to where I was on the list, she replied” we have changed our walk in policy since you were last here, walk in are seen last”. This was told to me 1 ½ hrs after I waited.
I left and went to another Weight loss MD
The only thing I will miss is Kathy, who is a breathe of fresh air for this cold, impersonal healthcare office
