Life is all about do as you say, and say as you do!
Great products, but they clearly grew too fast and they don’t have the proper management to manage that growth which leads to unhappy customers.
My family bought me a barrel and they were promised to be delivered for fathers day.
They ended up showing me the tracking number that it’s ready and it’ll be here Tuesday, good enough. I’m easy.
But now I see the entire tracking number shows as «voided» WTF!!! Once we called, they told us that they’ve been having problems with shipping and the «boss» went in the shipping area and told them to fix it!!!
Sounds like a mom & pop shop where they should easily be a major company! The products sell themselves as they’re truly excellent.

Don’t know about their customer service but I had the chance to fire one of the $ 3600 full Zev Pistols today and it was frankly amazing. Like a Wilson combat or Blackhawk. I’m still amazed. Great stuff

This business deserves a 5 stars review and much more. Customer service is excellent and Michael went above and beyond what he needed to do for my business. They are in high demand and they do great work. And I am even more impressed at how friendly this facility is and how they truly care about you. If you are a new gun owner, you can trust them to guide you in what you need to customize your gun. I only have raving reviews and I want everyone to know about this company and Michael!

I want some work done on my G19, I’ve been talking with ATEI and wanted to get some comparisons so I called Zev Tech. After waiting on hold for a few minutes Daniel answered with a chip on his shoulder. I tried asking a few questions but his responses were minimal and it felt like he really didn’t this job. Customer service was horrible, I don’t think I’ll be doing business with Zev Tech. Which is unfortunate because I like a lot of their guns.

I’m torn about Zev. Although they make stuff for glock that others do not, it’s their customer service that lacks. I ordered stuff online. Because that what you do these days. And it takes forever! Even as I write this I have stuff that I ordered weeks ago that hasn’t been shipped. I even called and they said it was ready but still, nothing.
If it’s back ordered just let me know. Anyways, they do make good stuff. You just can’t get excited about getting it soon. And to me customer service can make or break a company. Like for example: Frank Proctor way of the gun products. If something is wrong or delayed they take care of it ASAP! End of story! Good luck.

Recently visited their facility as I was in the area for a conference. ZEV has customized my Glock (s) 35, 34 and 21 for me. These guys are great and they truly know what they are doing.
I had an issue with cycling on my 35 so they took it apart and looked at it carefully. Turns out the slide was the issue and they built me another one in order to get me back out on the range.
If you’re thinking about having any of you Glocks customized or fine tuned, I highly recommend these guys!
