We purchased the Dimension One Diplomat years ago and have been extremely happy with the unit and the excellent customer service. I would recommend Whiteswan to all my friends. In fact one friend purchased a spa from Ron and has been quite satisfied with his also. Ron has gone above and beyond providing service, warranty and has become like a friend. No matter what I asked for or needed, he was always there to help out in any way he could.

Mixed feelings about this company. The repair men seemed competent, hard-​working and nice but the company itself seems problematic. First issue: they don’t return calls — you can speak to them directly (the lady that answers the phone is rude!); you can leave VMs, and still they do not get back to you. Second problem: they came in to fix one issue with the hot tub and suddenly another problem occurred. Was this coincidence? Hard for us to know but I would not use them in the future. I only gave them three stars because of the repair men.

Cancelled my order for a spa after two weeks of waiting only to find out Mike dropped the ball on a new cover. Multiple calls into Mike went un-​answered. Had to go with a competitor after zero communication from Mike. The competitor delivered a similar spa within 24 hours. I still don’t have my deposit back from Whiteswan Spas, wonder if Ill get it…
