Another wonderful CBTL experience… right near the marina so you can sit in the sun and enjoy the view. Good location with many other food and juice places in the same center.

Clean shop in a beautiful center with a view of the bay. I’ve been here twice and had excellent service both times.
The CBTL vanilla latte is my new favorite of all the big coffee chain shops.

This is by far my favorite coffee place. My husband and I go here often and the service is always great and friendly. The only problem is that it is so popular, sometimes there is no place inside to sit. I guess that is a good thing actually. I love to sit outside and look at the view as well (if it’s not cold or windy) and it’s a great location if you want to get your coffee and then take a beautiful walk along the paths. We really enjoy this place and of course, the coffee is always good!!!

This is my favorite Coffee Bean location! Friendly service, extremely quick, and great parking. Very clean as well.

Absolutely appalling, on Christmas Day even!!! I have been a long time customer of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, often going out of my just to patronize this company. I use to own a home down the street from this location at Seabridge. I would go there 10+ times a week. My friends and I would also go to the Montavlo Shopping Center location and The Camarillo location, we prefer Coffee Bean to the «other» one.
In the last year I came upon hard times. My son was granted a wish from «Make A Wish», I got a divorce, and now I have an illness that I might not survive the treatment. So in order to ensure my children are taken care of and that I can afford to get by while I fight my personal health battle, I choose to live in my van. I can budget 3 cups of «featured bold» month.
Today is Christmas Day 2015. I went to my gym to take a shower so that I can be presentable when I meet my friends for celebrating. Afterwards I was going to stop by my favorite Coffee spot for my allotted 3^rd cup of the month this morning. The gym was closed. So I headed over to Coffee Bean at Seabridge. Rather than just use the restroom facilities to change and brush my teeth. I asked a Customer Service Rep if I could change my clothes and brush my teeth, I did mention I am with out a home. Before I can even mention that I was going to buy something, she started shaking her head and saying, «No, no, no… I’m sorry, I can’t allow that.» All with a smile, and on Christmas Morning to boot. I was not asking for a handout or anything free, in fact I was intending to pay for a cup of coffee and a yogurt, the only things I could probably hold down this morning.
On Christmas, really. From a patron, who in better times, has spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for nearly a decade with your company. Who just so happens to be down on his luck right now, not because he is a bad person or made bad decisions. But because his son is sick and he his battling a serious illness.
WOW!!!
It saddens me that I will never enjoy a «featured bold» again. You have lost a long time, extremely loyal, customer.

Thankful the Starbucks in downtown Oxnard was more understanding, I didn’t even mention the incident at Coffee Bean. They just let me change and brush my teeth, then they offered a cup of coffee on the house. I did pay for it though, since it was in my budget.
I sincerely hope that a manager reads this and it does not happen in the future to another loyal customer. But I will no longer be patronizing your business. It might have been excusable any other day of the year, but not on Christmas.
You have no idea how humbling and embarrassed I was to even bring myself to ask… but I did, and I was made to feel less than.

*i edited this because I listed «Pike’s Roast», it was my confusion (I’ve had 2 strokes and my mind transposes words and names). I also sent the Coffee Bean Corporate this review, they pointed out my «Pike Roasts» reference (kinda snotty and rude about it) they stated their policy is customers must first purchase before restroom use, they apologized and offered me a $ 5 gift card (which I will not be taking, as stated, they lost my business) Still saddened that I lost my favorite coffee spot.

I haven’t even taken a sip yet, but the girl making my drink rudely asked if I was waiting on something (with my drink in her hand) while I was standing there waiting. I’m already late for work, and it’s Monday. Thanks for helping, Sara!

Doesn’t get much better than this… Always friendly, always perfect! Best view in town! If you are looking for something different to drink the baristas will ask you some good questions so they are able to recommend something new. I’ve been happy with their recommendations every time… and for whatever reason you don’t like it they advertise that they will make you something else. CBTL is all about the customer.

the area is pretty, you are looking at the lake — all the staff is friendly and courteous. they make the drinks on time and i have no complaints. Good job all around, definitely a nice place to visit when I am visiting my sister in law.
I do love how they are one of the only places that gives you more options of milk unlike starbucks

Love this Place! I usually always get the Small Mocha Ice Blended Drink. It’s always delicious.

I like to go to this location to study. I used to go to Starbucks, but after 3 hours at Starbucks, I leave smelling like day old espresso grinds. So I switched to Coffee Bean. This location is great with harbor views, and reliable wifi, you can’t go wrong.
