My garage door spring broke recently so I called Colt Garage Door Service, who was referred to me by a friend. Dave, the owner, called me back within 10 minutes of leaving a message. He set an appointment time and arrived 5 minutes early. My springs were replaced, the door was lubed and balanced, and the sensors adjusted in about one hour. Outstanding service. Dave chatted the entire time, explaining everything he was doing and even provided tips for future maintenance. He even tuned-​up the garage door opener and explained how to adjust it if there are any issues down the line. Overall, I was very satisfied with Dave’s service and would definitely recommend him. Also, after calling Dave, I called two other local garage door companies that wanted $ 50 more for the same service, so I feel that I received a very fair price.
