Seems our rent jumped another $ 700.00 a month a few days before we were to move in! We probably would have leased the place for at least 3 months. Now I would never do business with this real estate office ever again.

Don’t do a vacation rental from these people. The house we stayed in was so run down and always having problems.
We were very disappointment at the condition of the house.
When we arrived at the property at we found a water shut off notice. There was no water in the house. My husband waited for more than 3 hours for the technician to show up — delaying the start of our vacation and causing us to be late for another house check-​in. This was only the start of a series of problems throughout the week. When we also arrived the upstairs bedroom had no door handle on it, and there were no working garage opener for the door. The handyman was friendly and tried to fix all of the issues but the handles of both the upstairs door and the downstairs bedroom fell off during the week.
Exacerbating the problem was that the downstairs bedroom was where our 88 year grandmother was sleeping. She was unable to get the door open one morning and had to call for help. The downstairs also bedroom also lost power a couple of time a day and the circuit breaker needed to be reset. This caused a lot of distress for grandma because she was unable to turn on the light sometimes at night to use the restroom. Several nights my husband had to go reset the breaker in the middle of the night.
Finally, the oven door in the kitchen will not stay closed and you have to prop it shut with a chair. Also, the freezer did not work and thus we were unable to have frozen food or even ice cream.
All of these problems made the stay less than enjoyable and sometimes even distressing for the folks in our family staying there.
