Do not spend another dime at this place. If you want your Complaint heard, go to their corporate website. The conditions that these employees have to work under is despicable. I wouldn’t let my own children work here. Rocky, you don’t let your managers do that to employees. Joe and Edgar need to be fired Immediately, and you know it. I have advised 2 employees to seek legal counsel. You know why.

I have always loved B dubs since I tried them in the Midwest where they originally started I believe. Anyways, the service was great the food was great and the atmosphere, as well. Gotta try the Mango Habenero wings!

I had a great experience here, food is always great and cheap beer. Jesse was the best server thus far, I’ve been here a few times and this was the first time I actually enjoyed my time there.

So there food was cold already once it got to me and it was freezing in there in general that everyone in my table foods were cold and they had poor customer service. I don’t recommend it to no one and for being the only local BWW in the area I was expecting it to be better.

This place sucks big time, aside from the fact that they took foreverrrr & employees talk about other customers infront of you… awkward & bad customer service. I expected the food to be better tasting, well I was disappointed & the 100 dollars… definitely not worth it.

My family and I went to this location and we wanted to sit at a booth but the hostess with the gauged ears and tattoos on our arms told my family in a guilt trip that the customer is always right even though she strongly didn’t want us to sit at a booth. After some bad noise we just decided to leave, we didn’t enjoy th disrespect so we had to go and we decided to give wing stop across the street our business. I would suggest getting prettier and friendlier staff.

BADSERVICE ! Since the day you guys opened. Food always arrives 45 mins later not even warm! You guys have so many waiters and non of them are on top of things. I had to ask for a refill never once was I asked if I wanted a refill. I also never got my sides of dressings. Managers are just standing around not even asking if the customers are doing ok. Never again coming not worth waiting hours for just wings.

Now I don’t believe the whole restaurant deserves 5 stars. I have even to this restaurant more frequently than usual these past 2 weeks(about 4 times). The first two were the most horrendous experiences ever. I don’t remember the names of my waitresses but I wish I did so I could put them on blast for their horrible service. The second time I went I didn’t get my drink refilled once throughout my whole visit. Lazy waitress’s for the most part. This last time I went Greg was my server, I took my cousin for a birthday lunch and he was so nice, very attentive and great attention to detail. If I could request him as my server every time I would. He was polite and really cared about us. Food is always great, my favorite wings in Oxnard. Really wish the staff was more put on check, and also wish the«captains» weren’t always standing around chatting, it’s a bad look.

Food is shitty and services are horrendous!!! 35 min wait to sit, 20 min till sever came and ask what drinks we wanted only after we said something! After that we never saw the waitress till the bill came! I would give this establishment O stars but it won’t let me!

If I could it give it zero stars I would. Where do I even begin?! I’m rating this establishment one star based on several visits. Staff is always rude! Hostess is always pissed, really this is what you get paid for. Waitresses are always rude and bothered and again this is what you do for a living. My son recently went in again, first time a waitress even asked him if he had money to pay. Second time the waitress was bothered when he asked her for his drink. I don’t understand how this place is in business. I called the manager to tell him about our many experiences and the manager hung up on me. There’s better food out there with a hell of a lot better service. Food sucks, service sucks, you are not acknowledged when you walk in, wait times are ridiculous. Hope management is reading this but it’s not like they care.

I had a free app biz card and some sort of lunch club punch ticket from a visit I made to another location for a business function so when I noticed this location as I drove around for lunch I stopped in. This location is very busy and with all the TVs and motif it was like I was in the center of a virtual sports stadium. Honestly, I tried to just have a quiet lunch but the bartender and manager wouldn’t leave me alone with idle small talk mixed with sales pitches on every game and schtick they had going on. Did they think I was a secret shopper and not just some guy that wanted to enjoy his lunch? However, the most disappointing part of my meal were the wings themselves. I love wings and I tend to order them at every place I go that doesn’t offer calamari [two items I just don’t make at home]. These ‘traditional’ wings [the ones with bones] were ready and waiting to be tossed in sauce [I should have walked out right away when I saw ‘traditional’ describing wings with bones — and we all know what boneless wings are]. I ordered them and they were out in less than 2 minutes. The meat was was mushy as if they were boiled then frozen then deep-fried then held under a heat lamp until the orders came in then tossed in the most G-d awful, chemical-laden sauce. I’m sure they sell lots of drinks because customers are forced to wash out their palates from the sauce. They have about 15 sauces that all range in levels of 3 seasonings — salt, pepper and sugar. I tried two different sauces since my first order came out wrong — the bartender put in my order wrong. Manager noticed it so they gave me the wrong wings for free to take home with me. Nice gesture but why give me what I didn’t want as some sort of a consolation prize? Btw, the rest of their menu is best described as insipid. I couldn’t find a decent variety of ingredients or anything remotely described as unique. And expensive! About $ 2 per wing piece — these guys are making a killing! Buff Wild Wings is a very slick and tightly-run corporate concept restaurant that is all about ‘the experience’ and not about ‘the meal’. Too noisy and too many butt-insky employees. I couldn’t finish fast enough to get out of there. I think they should open locations in tourist towns like Las Vegas and avoid all places where people pay attention to what they pay for.

Worst service ever! Got to the entrance and waited for a while to be seated. We kept looking around hoping someone would notice we were waiting and then finally someone came. We sat down and waited for a longer time and no one came. Looked around to see who our server could be but no one paid any attention to us. There were only 5 occupied tables so it wasn’t busy ATALL. Decided to leave and eat somewhere else.

This place is hit or miss. Either you get wonderful service that’s fast and engaged or you get shitty service with long wait times. The positive: the food is delicious! Coming on a Tuesday or Thursday is the best deal but be warned that there will be a lot of people. Tuesday’s aren’t so bad with bone in wings on sale. Thursday’s are a different story. Everyone in Oxnard seems to love them some boneless wings because it’s always packed these nights. Asian zing is my personal favorite sauce! The bad: the service!!! More times than naught I have gotten horrible service. Long waiting times to be seated(even though there’s tables clearly free). Lots of servers and staff working, but whose doing what??? It seems that it’s not organized what so ever because there are a lot of people working but it seems like they are always scattered. The worst part is having to place your order only to wait an eternity for the food to come out. Overall I do like this people but the staff make it difficult to love. I have gotten the rare occasion where everything went right and the service was great. It’s just more likely that you will get bad service.

I do like BW3’s or B Dubs and it’s great to have one in Oxnard, which is a little surprising that there is one. Nevertheless, the food is the standard fare as any BW’s. The wings are pretty good, though I prefer their dry rub wings as the sauced ones are typically too sauced. They have some really spicy wings, including a ghost pepper version. The flat bread is pretty good too. The service is hit or miss.

Things that went wrong: *Fork was dirty and had big chunks of crud stuck on it. *Food took about 20 – 25 minutes even though they weren’t busy. *Ordered street tacos — disgusting. Took one bite and gagged; couldn’t eat anymore. The chicken in the taco tasted old, stringy, and rubbery. *We had three separate checks and the waitress mixed up all 3 cards. I ended up paying for my friend’s meal because as we tried to explain it to the waitress her confusion grew. *My side was a salad, but I was charged full price(even though salad was on the«pick your side» section). Waitress refused to fix my bill. Things that went right: *Lots of TVs *I also order a side of boneless wings which weren’t bad. Things that were funny: I asked for a salad with vinaigrette dressing. The waitress asked me if I wanted ranch, blue cheese, or balsamic. LOL! When I’ll go back: The Apocalypse, but only if everything is closed.

Our family hasn’t been here in about a year. Now I remember why. The place isn’t busy, yet the kitchen and server staff is having a hard time. Food was cold/wrong and took about an hour. There was a staff member who came up to the hostess station while we were waiting and started discussing loudly about how people got fired and incompetent staff is. Not a topic of conversation one should be having in front of multiple customers whom are waiting. We won’t be back.

The food here is delicious and the happy hour is awesome! The bar is really lively and staff is very attentive. We are big wing eaters and often go to grab take out. Had one incident where they made a mistake on our order and they were extremely accommodating for the error. Great experience every time.

The service was sub-par and the food was awful. Obviously, the kitchen doesn’t care at all about the quality of the food. And to top it off, the manager was the worst I’ve ever encountered. His name was Will. The bartender didn’t know how to make or ring up the drinks I ordered. He charged me for each individual ingredient in a shooter making the drink over twice as much as it should be. Then, the manager came by and after proven he was wrong by several people, he refused to fix it because of his stubborn ego. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Quick review of Buffalo Wild Wings: –okay wings –huge variety of sauces — subpar other menu items –great happy hour –gets packed fast –okay service That pretty much explain this place. I enjoy coming here for happy hour & big events but would not go there to enjoy food. The 3 out of 5 should not be viewed as bad. It is decent food and good specials, that’s it!

This is my go to spot for wings when I’m in oxnard. It’s a chain, so yup it’s pretty much like all the rest of them. I’d recommend if your not a sports nut then really pay attention on if it’s a big game day because this place will get packed and you’ll end up waiting forever, on those days this place isn’t worth it to me. However, coming mid-afternoon on a Monday like today was pretty much perfect. Large space, plenty of tvs, and a nice bar in the back. I opt for the bar area, helps get you away from all the little kids and their families. Plus I’ve found that you get better service by the bar area, probably because they know you’ll pay more with all the drinks etc. Wings: 4 stars. Hits the spot. Boneless all the way. Asian zing is my favorite :) Three stars are for service & pricing. I do think $ 20 for an average order of wings and drink is a little steep for what it is but I can get over it. Like others said I find service to be super hit or miss. Today 5÷25÷15 I found the service to be great, friendly attentive waiter, wish I could remember his name he deserved kudos. Other times though it’s so so. Even more so then the servers id say the kitchen simply lags it!!! Some days I come and the place is like a ghost town yet it will still take 20 min to get a small order of wings. I think this place is great for what it is. A wings sports chain. Don’t expect too much and you’ll be just fine.
