This location is in a great place. But the best part are their employees. The moment you walk in the door at least one associate is welcoming you and asking if your looking for something they can help you with. I’ve been there three times in less than a month and its associates like Denay, Kenneth, and Samantha that keep me coming back. Pleasant, professional, and highly knowledgable of the products in their store. Keep up the great job and I’ll be back many more times.

This is a new location for the previous Ventura store. I used to shop at the Ventura store all the time and I NEVER got service the way I did at the new Oxnard store. All of the employees were so knowledgable, welcoming, and friendly. My fiancé and I were helped by Yvette. Yvette was so helpful! I felt like I had known her for years. She truly did make us feel like part of the Boot Barn family.

The Boot Barn in Ventura is moving to this new location in Oxnard. I have bought four pairs of boots from them and couldn’t be more satisfied with the seletion of boots and service from the staff. Make sure to check the sizing of the boots you buying because The boots might be made of different kinds of leather and some may stretch more easily overtime and others are thicker or tougher and won’t really stretch at all.
