Everybody affiliated with this business is super friendly and professional; the owner, the install guy, and the folks who answer the phone when you call. We waffled on whether we were going to rent or buy our water softener, and they were totally accommodating with our indecisiveness and never pressured us to go one way or the other, and never tried to aggressively up-​sell us or anything like that. I feel like if the management here were to take over for Time Warner Cable, they could somehow make them not suck… I can give no higher praise.

Our water softener started leaking. It turned out to be the fault of the water pressure regulator not a flaw in the water softener. Alanso diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we have had problems with the pressure regulator and it was diagnosed both times by Alanso. They offer very good and fair service. Highly recommended.

I’m completely satisfied with the product as well as the customer service offered by this company. They are very friendly and you get to talk to the president, Jay, which is a big deal in my book. He represents his company well and offers a great service with rental options. This allowed us to have great water without having to fork out thousands of dollars right away. They also found a leak in my wall during installation which was caused by the idiots who installed my baseboards. Them bringing that to my attention possibly saved me thousands of dollars in mold issues. Jay, if you are reading this – thank you!

The service that I have received from this company has been excellent. The sales people, technicians, and owner are all very approachable and a pleasure to deal with. We have had a problem with our reverse osmosis system being too loud and they have come back repeatedly to try and fix the problem and ensure that we are competely satisfied. The problem has been remedied and we are happy to be dealing with a company that wholeheartedly cares about its customers and their needs. Bravo.
