Starbucks

Went in to target for a few things and grabbed some Starbucks on Saturday morning. They were a little busy and only one person working but they were quick and my drink was great! They were much better than the other Starbucks in the area!

This is inside the Target so it’s convenient while shopping. Service is okay and drinks are good.

OMG! I am an extremely patient person, but the service at this Target Starbuck ’ s location was completely ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to get 3 drinks. With 3 people waiting to order, the one Barista «went on break» leaving the store unattended. When an employee finally shows up he says «well I was trained once a long time ago so I will try to help you». My friend was a Starbuck ’ s store manager for several years do she literally had to tell him how to make a Chai Latte, a latte, & a pumpkin spice latte, which took 30 minutes as he had NO idea how to use the equipment or where the products were. She was being REALLY patient, but just wanted to go behind the bar & make the drinks herself as it was taking so long that customers were walking out. Starbucks has a standard of customer service that should never be compromised like this, regardless of this being a Target Starbucks etc. One man behind me just wanted a cup of coffee & waited 35 minutes or more. Drinks were given to remaining customers free of charge thank goodness. I am not sure how the Starbucks inside Target stores differ from others, but I am fairly certain the corporate office would faint if they saw how this one is being managed. I was traveling & waiting this long for a much needed coffee was not acceptable.
