Several experiences with rudeness and inappropriateness from the owners. They are confrontational and nasty to their customers and have even threatened physically. DO NOT GO HERE! Do not give them your money. There are two very good alternatives in Oxford.

I have been here several times as a customer.
Staff was ridiculously rude.
I would not support them w my money again.

The machines work and the staff has been exceptionally friendly, my only complaint is the lack of 3 $ cups like the Monroe store.

Very good frozen yogurt, atmosphere, and staff!
Many toppings to choose from. Extremely customizable… Basically, you get your own cup, stuff as much frozen yogurt and toppings as you can in it, and then pay by weight.
I’m not giving this place a 5 star rating on the frozen yogurt alone. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are amazing! It’s a family run business, and they truly care about their customers.

Great place to take the kids or date after a night out:) The staff is always extremely friendly and the frozen yogurt never disappoints. If you like to try new things they do a great job of adding new flavors frequently. I would give the place 5 stars if they had a few more comfy places to sit like the couches in the middle. Also they need to lower that TV above the fireplace…

Love coming here for my frozen yogurt fix. Staff is always nice. They usually have seasonal yogurt flavors as well.
Still keeping with the four stars since the peanut/​nut topping situation has not changed. I know it is the customers responsibility to be aware of their allergies, but I think the shop can do its part as well.
On the plus, when I told the register girl I had an allergy, she pulled out a separate container of toppings for me to pick from. Will definitely keep that in mind for next time :)

Always clean and the flavors change often – which is great and always makes it exciting to taste. Flavors like cupcake, mango, coconut, pistachio, kahlua and peanut butter are just to name a few. Topping are plenty and includes all the goodies like hot fudge and chocolate covered marshmallows on top of 40 others toppings.

This placed opened up about a year ago. For those of u that live in Oxford, its nice to have a frozen dessert place that is open year round, unlike other places in town.
This was my first visit since they opened and although I am not a big frequenter of frozen yogurt shops, I do visit a few during my travels.
This place is very similar to them and I expect is typical for a self serve frozen yogurt shop. They offer about a dozen different frozen yogurt flavors along with several dozen toppings both wet and dry.
A few notes…
1) they only offer two size cups, both seem to big. Would be nice if they had a smaller one. Not a big deal since everything is based on weight, but a smalkler cup would just make me fill like I am not eating too much.
2) they do not offer taster cups. I visit a place down south called Sweet Frog, they have tiny taster cups to try the different flavors, its a nice touch and one this place should think about.
3) Pricing is reasonable, about what you would expect. Price is based on weight of your items.
4) Interior décor is comfortable if not a bit too retro/​kitsch.
Overall decent experience, i will be back.
