Don’t order delivery! It took about 40 minutes when they advertise being «freaky fast,» and on top of a delivery fee they charged an extra $ 1.25 per sub because it was a delivery order. I called them to ask about it after looking at my receipt and the manager just said that’s how it’s programmed in our computer. My sub was sub-par (get it?) because of the bread being a little burned on the bottom. Never ordering delivery from them again.

Every time I go here or order my love for JJ goes down. I love it in my hometown but this JJ doesn’t seem to have customer appreciation. This past time I ordered and it has not been 50 minutes and still not food. When I called to see what was going on they put me on hold and then all they said was that my order was made and just sitting there. No apology, just that they weren’t sure where the delivery driver was. I added the tip before hand because I am in the restaurant business and always tip nicely. Now I wish I would have given the driver an incentive to bring my food to me. Also I got DM on here once about my first review and it made me never want to go back. A year and a half later I figured to give it another shot– I shouldn’t have. Very disappointed and hungry.
Update: after 2 and a half hours I received my order. I had to tell e manager to give it to me for free. When the food I arrived my order was completely wrong.

I seriously cannot recommend Jimmy John’s highly enough. It’s worth noting that this goes for all Jimmy John’s restaurants I’ve been to, not just this one. I just am talking about this particular one because it’s nearest to me. Every now and again, they’ll accidentally overcook the bread, which some may see as a bad thing, but I don’t! It makes the bread crispy and flaky, like a philly cheese steak roll. All in all, if I can’t decide on where I wanna eat, I know a #9 with extra mayo/onions will hit the spot, every time, without fail. The one and only real problem that I have with this particular Jimmy John’s is that they don’t deliver to College Corner. :(Oh well. Anyway, thank you, local Jimmy John’s, for never disappointing my taste buds.

The food was good. However, never get it delivered. I had them deliver two times, each took over an hour. A normal restaurant would give you a heads up that delivery would take long because they are busy. They only told me they were busy after I called 55min after placing my order, and told me I could come pick it up.

This Jimmy Johns does AWESOME especially for being in a college town. They always follow online directions and my sandwich is ALWAYS right.

Had the #12 today which was turkey, provolone cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, mayo and avocado spread. Service was a little better than my last visit. If you need a sub quick this is the place to go.

The go to place for subs in Oxford. Always fast and comparatively cheap. The subs are not the absolute best you can get, but they are tasty and satisfy. Sometimes the place is incredibly busy and gets backed up a bit, but other than that the service is great.

Super slow delivery. Twice now it has taken them 40+ minutes to get to my apartment. I live 2 minutes down the street. When calling back to complain, the manager did not apologize. For a company that prides itself on fast delivery, this particular JJ fails. Bread tastes old, too. Definitely not a good representation of the chain.

Not impressed at all. I ordered a lettuce rap and got one piece of meat on it. For five dollars you would think you got more than one piece of meat!!! Save your money and go to the deli you’ll be more happy…
