Wendy’s

Slow drive thru service. When I made it to window I was asked, what’s your total? My reply, I don’t know when I went to 2^nd window the young lady did not offer a single word of acknowledgement that I was a customer. I was handed my food and the window closed. I check bag and waited in my car for the return of the employee. She opened the window and moans umhmm. I asked for ketchup, she handed me some and then closed window again. Now I recognize we all have bad days but this visit was such a turn off. Probably will not return.

I rarely eat fast food. I usually do not eat at Wendy’s but, last summer I fell in love with their BBQ Ranch chicken salad. It is so fresh and tasty. The Wendy’s in Owings Mills makes it per order. I know this because it comes with bacon and tomatoes. I do not like bacon nor tomato so they made mine without.
I also believe that the owners/​management read the previous reviews because they have changed their staff. Very friendly and polite. I have never been inside but, the drive through is quick and the staff never have an attitude. This is the only Wendy’s I go to.

This Wendy’s was ok, a little smaller then most other locations. The food was hot and they got my order right… So that’s a plus !

I concur with the other review. I hate this Wendy’s. I feel bad for them having been on the road. I have lived in the area for 5 years and dread going through their drive through. Rest assured they will leave something out of your order. I love Wendy’s food, but this one is terrible.

This evening my family and I had just made it to your Wendy’s located at 9243 Lakeside Blvd, Owings Mills, MD 21 117. We had been traveling all day from California and wanted to get something prior to checking in at our hotel. Now, we were clearly in the drive thru at 12:40 and had one car in front of us and 3 behind us. We made it to the ordering position by 12:50. The people working had turned off the speaker in order to ignore us. Now, I believe we have a rather substantial lawsuit against you for false advertising if you have stickers all over your establishment saying open until 1am but close at 12:50. Not for monetary reimbursement but to bring upon your establishment as much negative publicity as I possibly could. As for the people who work there they are just a reflection of the people who not only own but operate the facility. Complete idiots who, evidently, cannot tell time. After all the employees are reflections of their employers, DavCo Restaurants, Inc.
I will be forwarding this letter on to the Wendy’s corporate just so they are aware of the type of people that are representing the Wendy’s brand.
