After days of traveling, I found this hidden gem tucked in the business community of Owings Mills. I ordered the chicken and ham sandwich special with homemade Mac and cheese. I also tried the homemade lemonade.
The owner decided to try a French toast style bread for the sandwich and boy was it delicious. The Mac and cheese were a perfect blend making it not too cheesy but still light. At the end I topped it off with their made to order chocolate chip cookies that were oozing with warm goodness.
I will definitely come back to this place where the owners make you feel at home

I love this place! I go here at least three times a week or so. The owners are incredibly friendly. I come for the food but I stay for Terri and her lovely husband. The food is fresh and delicious and still tastes home made! All of the wraps are absolutely amazing and my personal favorites are their Greek Chicken Wrap and the Chicken Gyro. All of their side options are absolutely yummy and all for a very decent price point. I never regret a trip to here. Be sure to try some cookies!

You will not just fall into this spot, you have to be looking for it. Its tucked away in a business park off Owings Mills Blvd. The owners are sweet and make you feel welcome the moment you step in. They are a bit chatty but super duper sweet. I felt like I was at someone’s aunt & uncle’s home. Music is played, pics of Stevenson students on the wall, and a comfy diner feel. The food is ok but the red velvet cookies are on point. I went during lunch time and had the bbq chicken wrap. It was good for a quick lunch. I will have to venture back a few more times to give my full take on this spot.

It’s refreshing to see that there are still restaurants with homemade food. I can not rave enough on how amazing this place is. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. They made our day with how great the food was, and with how nice they were!
Also found out that if you are a su student you get a discount, making them number one on my list for giving a poor college student a good meal.

The service was amazing in the early morning. I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door my first time there. I was greeted by the owners immediately with respect and care. The breakfast is all home made quantity and size wasn’t a issue. I ordered the «ultimate wrap «for breakfast and it was way beyond my expectation. They even gave us free drinks & cookies while we waited. Classy business run by classy people, the location is nice very quiet in the back of owing mills. I was very pleased with both service and product.

The food is homemade and delicious. The prices are reasonable. The owners work in the kitchen /​behind the counter and they provide good personable service. This place is perfect for lunch. I’ve had the chicken salad wrap several times and it’s always on point. Recently I had the beer-​battered cod sandwich. It was fresh, hot and tasted really good! They don’t have them everyday, but get the red velvet white chocolate chip cookies. Mmmmm… Gooooood.

First time here for breakfast and what a great first impression! Felt like a member of the family. My husband had the Terri Omelet and I had the Willie Omelet. Both were made to perfection and delicious! Entire staff very friendly. What a great find!

Been there 3 times and that’s 3 too many… They can’t get simple orders right, the product they tout as homemade is the same generic crap that anyone can spew out and they don’t run the place like a business. I recently started working in a close building and thought this was perfect. Your much better off going to the pizza shop down the hill at least you get what you pay for and they are open when they say they will be.

The owner is super friendly, all food is fresh made, this entire experience was just AMAZING!!!
Highly recommend for catering a business breakfast/​lunch for the office or stopping by with friends.
Great prices, healthy options, all dressings etc. are homemade and cooked to order. The owner couldn’t have been nicer.
There is also a sit down area inside and outside if you don’t get your food to go.
Check out this place!

This was my second time here. Got a grilled bacon and cheese sandwich with homemade tomato soup. Received both plus a complimentary side of very delicious macaroni and cheese. The food is good, prices are reasonable and the owners are working, the service is awesome. A definite go to for lunch!

Great food, great service. Visiting the area from Brooklyn NY and happened to come across this place on a search for a breakfast spot. They make everything exactly how it should be done and the price is just right! Certainly the best choice for college kids on a budget or a big family. Give your tastebuds a spa day and visit Terri’s!

Stopped by here after boarding my dog at the Reisterstown Boarding Kennel, needing a place to read and eat for a couple of hours. As soon as I walked in, the warm hospitality from the woman behind the counter was palpable, and she welcomed me to take my time and sit in the café for as long as I needed. They have free wi-​fi! I ordered the chipotle burger with fries, and it was good, served quickly and hot. They gave me complimentary watermelon, and a sugar cookie! The family has been in business for only a few years and deserve success. See them!

Terri’s Café is a great breakfast /​lunch spot during the work week for those of us working near Owings Mills Blvd. The food is a great value: sizeable portions and very appropriately priced. I’ve enjoyed nearly everything I’ve ever ordered but a favorite is certainly the chili with homemade cornbread. Yum!
The owners make a point of getting to know their regulars and treating them well. It’s clear that service is very important to them.
Their online ordering system makes getting breakfast or lunch to go that much easier.

Great Food… everything is freshly cooked to order. The service is amazing, the atmosphere inviting, the owners are very personable. You will not be disappointed. Once you go there you will be back. They have excellent burgers, amazing sandwiches, great wraps, and the breakfast is perfect. The eggs are always good, the pancakes are perfect.
