Misaki is a shockingly good sushi restaurant for a quiet beach and canal community like South Bethany. There are a myriad of choices, the service is always friendly and attentive, and the food always pleases.

Stopped by on the way home and immediately regretted it as it will be hard to drive by and not stop. Damn you delicious food. Ordered a Philly Style Cheesesteak and it was the best I have had in years. The beef empanadas were amazing and the selection of deliciousness almost too much. Almost. The pastries are soooooo good. The dark chocolate monster was my favorite. The added bonus is the possibility of running into a Raven as many live nearby.

An oasis of good food The pepperoni slices reminded me a little of NYC. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

Been a loyal customer for years. No doubt the food is great – my son should have a wing(pun intended) named after him from all the carry out we get! BUT in addition to the great food the owner has been so kind to us. We seem to always run out of propane when a group is expected. One time he went to his home-when the store was out and gave us his!!!

Love the food, people and convenience. Not to mention they are pretty much the only food we can have delivered to our home. Always busy but everything happens fairly quickly. Must visit if you’re out in the burbs!

Best pizza south of NY! This place is a great find and there is always some new dish or improvement it seems. Well run, clean and friendly. They always deliver service with a smile and greet regulars by name. Check it out if you haven’t but those nearby probably already know, no place better!

What a hidden gem! I stopped in there after taking an alternate route due to traffic congestion on 695, and I am so happy I did! I bought 3 subs to take home for dinner. Two were NY style cheesesteaks, and one meatball sub. If you get a full sized sub, I hope you have a big appetite, because they were absolutely HUGE! My husband read the menu I took home, and having grown up near Philly, said the Cheesesteaks are PERFECT. That the Philly Style subs are made correctly, and there is a difference between NY Style, and Philly Style, and these folks know it. I will go back to try the pit beef, and several other subs. The food was delicious! I will also go back for the prepared foods like marinated flank steak, salmon steaks, potstickers, lasagna, and so much there looked so good! I was really impressed by the choice of organic and non-GMO foods they had. They carry sliced deli meats by Boars Head, and cheeses too. They had pizza, wings, plus a full case of soft drinks, coffee, desserts, and ice cream. It is definitely worth the trip from my home in Westminster! Go if you can!

I had a business appointment at a private residence a few miles from Chestnut Ridge Market. I noticed the place, which just looked«right» as I drove by before the appointment. I had already eaten lunch, but thought maybe I’d stop back by after my business was done to see if they had anything good. This is quite a way off the beaten path and I figured it could be really something special… or not so much. I’m a risk taker! My appointment was with a local resident who had great things to say about Chestnut Ridge Market – especially the pizza. Good pizza is always worth stopping for, so the plan was set. I also had an evening appointment scheduled, so a slice on the way would be good since I wasn’t going to be eating a regular dinner. Plus, my wife didn’t want to cook herself dinner because she wasn’t feeling well. I walked into Chestnut Ridge Market and quickly realized I would be saving the day for my wife(not uncommon… that’s how I roll – she’ll tell you). Everything from Pot Stickers to Home Made Meatloaf and quite a lot more filled a 12 foot case right there in front. There were also some baked goods, but I was fixated on the food! The pizza did look great, but I decided to go for the Pot Stickers. I took a Meatloaf home and set it all up for her before my late appointment. Yes, I’m rad. I know. Also, I just finished the meatloaf. It’s comparable to my Mom’s, which is better than your Mom’s. Just sayn! ;-) Chestnut Ridge Market is well worth the stop. I’d go out of my way for their food any day.
