We are happy to have a better sandwich shop around! Very friendly staff, clean, and good subs!

This Jersey Mikes has a long way to go. The service is extremely slow and they need to step it up a notch.
Maybe they need to visit the UCF store to see how it’s done right.
The sandwiches are standard for what you would expect at a Jersey Mikes but if I have to wait in a long line Id rather walk to Publix next door for some Boars Head quality meat.
With all the local sub competition step up or you will likely be shut down.

Extremely awful experience !!
We ordered a veggie whole wheat wrap. It took ~15 minutes to get our order. 3 customers behind us got their orders. I am sure they are super unhappy too!
When we got our wrap it was cold and it was flour wrap. I asked if it was whole wheat and heated. I got a sure yes for it.(Where is honesty??)
Went back and took first bite, it had chicken in it. (We do not eat meat at all– never eaten). Stood up and showed the wrap then came apologies that wraps are exchanged with other customer.
Wow !! We are very frustrated !!
We will never ever go back.

Brand new in oviedo and so delish. They are very close to another popular sub shop and I thought wow that’s a bad idea but now I totally understand. So. Good so fresh, I love the hot subs cooked to order and how every piece of meat and cheese is sliced to order already been here 3 times in 7 days!!! :-)
