McDonalds

This place is the Hub of the town, we gather morning noon and night. It’s a coffee hang out in the morning for a lot of us, good Olé boy’s. We get a hot sandwich and a cold drink often. Thank you for your restaurant, we are happy to have you, thank you.

Deserves NO stars but that’s not an option.
Ok every time I have visited this location, the food is very dry and not warm and the fries are cold and gross tasting. I went through the drive thru on September 13, 2015 at about 11:30pm and the girl at the drive thru was very rude and when she talked she gave such an attitude. Her name was Kelsey.
After paying we said thank you to her and she rolled her eyes at us. Very unacceptable and very unprofessional. Granted you work at McDonalds but put a dang smile on your face and be courteous to customers, it’s call customer service. If you hate your job QUIT!!! Others would like your job that need and want to work.
So we got home and I had next to no sauce on my burger and cold. Food is supposed to stay at temperature and this place falls very short of that. The fries were cold as well and you can tell they have been sitting there for a while because they were very hard and cold. Again, food is supposed to stay at a safe temperature. The health department should make a surprise visit here.

I feel bad for tourists that this is the only place in Overton to get a salad that has options beyond Sysco ranch and iceberg. So, I see the folks filing in, and I feel bad for them, I understand they feel famished after their long day swimming at the lake in the scorching sun.

This is just one of many McDonalds that does not like to take the time evenly match up the buns on their fillet of fish sandwich. Uncorrected, you can eat parts of the bun without any fish fillet, which is obviously not desirable. The problem when they do this is that it’s hard to evenly re-​position the buns because they are stuck together by the cheese. I hate it when they do that. Plus, at the time we were there, we were the only customers in the restaurant and it was not like they had to rush. McDonalds Corporation: please send out a memo to all your locations and franchises on this recurring and system-​wide problem!

The ice cream was too cold.
