Hate to give a one star review because the lady I worked with was a joy. Michael on the other hand enjoys pushing people around with his EXTENSIVE five years of experience and absolutely no knowledge as to why something is a rule. Make sure to go when the state is open, because that is the only way you will get an answer to your questions. Guess that means Michael's whole FIVE years of experience is pretty much worthless. Avoid him at all costs. The prime example of what everyone hates about the DMV. Update: Michael was wrong. For anyone with a total loss affidavit, please look up RSMo 144.027 becase Michael is awful proud of cheating Missourians out of using their deductible as part of their tax credit (because of his extensive experience and all). You only have 10 days to request a refund because of his lack of knowledge, so if he cheated you in the past you are just pit of luck.
