PayIng premium prices for a product that’s below quality and standards is unacceptable. When I was extremely dissatisfied instead of fixing my order I was told «it isn’t their policy». When asked to speak to a manager I was told «he is busy», that’s acceptable, but I was the only one in the store. Severely disappointed. Looks like I’ll find another location or another establishment.

This Smoothie King is phenomenal! Great smoothies and great customer service. The staff is wonderful. They have recommended new smoothies for me based on my favorites. Today, I dropped my smoothie all over the sidewalk and my shoe and they replaced it for me without hesitation. They call you by name and are always very friendly! Stop by today and check it out for yourself.
