Not sure what is so wrong with this location. Just like most of you I have grown up on Pizza Hut. It convenient and easy form delivery and food. We picked the pizza up because we knew the delivery would take too long on a Friday night. I have to say that this was a bad pizza day. It tasted nasty. The cheese was not like their usual taste. The dough was still kind of raw /​stale. The breadsticks were pathetic. Seriously disappointed. I can’t say I will never order from Pizza Hut again but I know I won’t from this location. There is no consistency.

This is my favorite Pizza Hut location!!! Their pizzas are always cheesy and delicious. The customer service is wonderful at this one! I used to live in Olathe and the Pizza Hut by us on 151st street was horrible. The service was bad, and the pizzas were not good. We would drive to this OP location and bring pizza home because that’s how much we love this location! We will be back!

I placed my take-​out order through
. The site gave me a pickup time when I placed my order. When I arrived at this takeout /​delivery location, there was a monitor above the counter for tracking the progress of my order. It gave me a countdown in minutes, then switched to «cutting», then switched to «ready». My order was ready on time. The employee opened each box so I could see the order was correct. I was charged the amount I agreed to online. The service wasn’t especially friendly, but it was efficient, and the pizza tasted great, as usual.

The past four times we have ordered from this location for delivery our order has been at least 30 mins late. Tonight the order is an hour late and still not here. Not sure what the problem is but this is the last order we will be making with this location.

A delivery order that was perfect for a long day of traveling and moving back in!
However I wasn’t in the mood for pizza, so i ordered the chicken alfredo with bread sticks and chicken wings!
The delivery was pretty quick and ahead of the online time schedule! :) I do like promptness! :D
The chicken wings didn’t even last 10 minutes! Deciding which ones to get was the hardest part! However, I ended up deciding on the honey bbq — a great decision!
The pasta was a great quick meal and substitute for the usual pizza. In my oppionion it had a bit too much pepper, and was a dish that if i had everything unpacked, it would’ve been easy to throw together. However for the convenience and taste — it was worth it!

Ordered pizza here from the
website. It was ready and piping hot when I arrived to pick it up, but there was a pricing discrepancy. The staffer working that night didn’t know how to correct it, and of course this happened the one time I hadn’t bothered to print out the confirmation… (Murphy’s Law right?)
I returned the next day and the manager apologized profusely and gave me the refund for the overcharging.
It’s a chain, the food is A-​OK and is consistent. When we want gourmet we go elsewhere, but when we’re in a hurry this always hits the spot.
