I am a fan of Papa Murphy’s concept and think they have average-good pizza. It is a great place to stop in for a quick dinner pick up. They have a good variety of crusts and toppings. I can also appreciate that PM appears fresher then Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc. My one star review is not focused on the food quality, however the service/atmosphere. I have been stopping at this location more frequently and have found the service to be rude and quite slow compared to other locations. The employees appear immature and not focused on customer service. In the future, will be visiting other branches.

Since moving to a location closer to another location, I’ve realized how different franchise locations can be! The pizzas here are always made well and I appreciate that they made salads fresh. I love the Mediterranean salad and apparently not every location is willing to make it, even though they have all of the ingredients. This one will. I will make an out of the way trip to this location the next time I want a papa murphys pizza!

Always love this place, however. Tonight, we ordered online. Email and time listed on website was 5:45. 6:05 I get out pizzas. Two guys working on a Saturday night? Note to franchisee – there were a LOT of pi$$ed off people waiting in your lobby. I’m not normally one to expect a comp, but in this case, it should’ve happened.

Simple and to the point review. Sign on the side of the road in front of location; «$ 5 One Topping Pizza». Walk in to buy pizza at $ 5, was told they are $ 6 dollars now. Ripped off at the false advertising.

I believe that Papa Murphys Pizza ISTHEBEST pizza on the market in 2013. There stock is going up quickly because this is a quality product in an over saturated market of pizza eaters. Fresh ingredients as well as fresh vegetables. not to mention the ‘thin’, very thin crust! mmmmmm One negative, and it has nothing to do with the excellent pizza and great service! When I call the store to order my pizza, I can hear machines running in the background as well as rather loud music and the sound of other employees talking; normal sounds from a quick Pizzeria. The problem occurs when I call in to PLACE an order. My cordless telephone transmitter is being ‘noise blocked’(meaning it can not be heard by the person on the other end of the phone by all of the back ground noise, thus I can not be heard and I am hung up on. This has happened 5 or 6 times. Because I love you, I do not wish for you to lose that revenue. People do not understand that ‘noise going in, is blocked by the ‘background noise’ that in coming from Papa Murphys. The phone person keeps saying ‘what’? «what»? ‘what’? It is rather frustrating for the person who is dying for a Papa Johns Pizza and simply can not be heard to place the order.

Okay… I’m late to the Papa Murphy’s party. I’ve seen their ads and had their pizza at others’ houses but had never ventured into one of the stores myself. I received a coupon book in the mail announcing a new location near my home. My desire to patronize local businesses and honor my pledge never to give Papa John’s another cent until the owner quits politicizing his employee’s need for heath insurance sent me right in. The gal behind the counter gave me a warm welcome and asked if I’d ever been to a Papa Murphy’s(that obvious, huh?). Nope — I’m a complete rookie help me out I say. So she cheerfully gives me the rundown on the specials, crusts, etc. and helps me sub artichoke for chicken(I’m a vegetarian) on one of the chosen pizzas. While the pizzas were being assembled I confirmed that Papa Murphys are franchises(I thought they were but wasn’t sure) and that this franchisee is local(he is indeed and she said he’s in the store most days). Mission accomplished — pizza for supper from a local business and bonus — great customer service!
