It’s a shame we can’t give these people a zero rating. They gave us the «run around» for over a week. Failed to show up as promised, couldn’t produce a certificate of insurance…
They are obviously running some sort of scam and I would guess the good reviews are family members.
Don’t waste your time!

Great moving experience. Jeff was very responsive to my emails and questions. He was also flexible with our schedule. We were very impressed with the speed of the move. They brought two extra guys at no extra cost. I also appreciated the care they took with our furniture. Even going an extra step further and loading the tv on his car to provide extra protection. Most of all the price was significantly cheaper than anyone else we quoted. It was nice to not have additional fees for stairs, certain furniture, gas etc. Just one price for the whole move. He even offered to bring us boxes when we mentioned we ran out. Awesome experience!

By chance, I found Moving Forward on Craigslist. Jeff was so quick to reply to my request for information and nice, yet down to earth over the phone that I decided to book with them. Jeff came down with something, but Phillip and 2 more gentlemen showed up and they worked their butts off. They were polite, fun and very good at what they do. They had me unloaded in my new place faster than any other company I’ve hired has done prior. Their prices and efficiency are impressive. They kept me UNDER my budget! Awesome!!! I’d definitely recommend them and will for sure use them if I ever have to move again. Thanks so much guys!!!

All of the reviews and a friend recommendation led us to them. We had asked them to come out and do an estimate and each time they promised to come out, they didn’t call and didn’t show (at least 4 times) I had to call them each time. The one time they did call was that they asked if they could come out the next day because of a bad storm, which isn’t a problem. When they did come out, they went over the dates and told us that our dates didn’t work for them. They knew our dates for about a month and when I reached out for the last ditch estimate, 3 days before they actually came out. That left us in a bind to find someone.
If you are too busy, or overbooked for a family, please, just say so. We were so set on them we didn’t even think about hiring someone else, and then we were way behind the eight ball having to pay a premium because of the short notice.
I hope this isn’t typical as others have had good luck with them.

Wow… if you are scheduling a move… call this company! They literally just finished moving us and we are VERY impressed! They called twice to confirm dates and address, were attentative to our needs, took excellent care of our furniture, and were professional. They definitely were focused on making sure our move went as smoothly as possible! We would highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants a job well done! Thanks guys!

Phillip and Jeff were fantastic. I scheduled a month in advance and they were on the ball, calling a day ahead to confirm. They showed up on time, and even brought an extra guy at no expense to ensure that the job was done on time. Well, they didn’t really need to worry about being done on time because these guys really put the MOVE in «movers.» They were fast, courteous, and professional from beginning to end. Thanks again guys!
