Michael Katz is the best! I can get in and out quickly over my lunch break, but still get a good quality service. I have looked for a new stylist for a LONG time, and have finally found the right one! Went with Michael’s recommendations on cut and bayalage highlights, so exciting!

I always had terrible experiences in the past in different salons as people first of all don’t get what kind of hair cut you want and secondly they would just cut even if it doesn’t go with the shape of your face and hair texture.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a perfect haircut.

If you’re looking for an INCREDIBLE massage experience, you need to ask for Loma. I am a regular of hers for good reason. I was diagnosed with a disease that leaves me with chronic pain. She works wonders every time. She is insanely talented and is always extremely concerned with your level of relaxation and comfort. I’ve had massages with various people throughout the years and nothing has come close to my massages with Loma. I highly recommend a 90 minute. It’s worth it. You’ll thank me.

I went to this salon for the first time last Monday because of all the good reviews. Although the lady who did my hair was very nice, my hair did not turn out how I would have liked. Because of the service I had (body perm) I had to wait until Wednesday to wash it and see how it really looked. After washing it myself and trying to style it, I called her and asked if she could actually curl more of it to achieve the look I wanted. I was told no, it was too short for anyone to do anything else with it and I would just have to wait until my next appointment. The next day, I went to another salon in the area who specializes in this kind of service. They said it was not too short to be fixed and they could do it with no problem. I returned to them on Friday and they were able to do exactly what I wanted. On my way home, I stopped by Indulge to show them it could be done. The lady who had told me it was too short was not in that day. I spoke with a lady who I was told by the front desk was an owner. She took my name and number and promised she would call me back. Big surprise… no call Saturday or so far today…

I went to Nicole M. for a girly girl” trim” OMG she cut my hair way to short it and took her forever. It was horrible the worst cut ever The front desk help was rude and non caring I do not suggest this salon at all.

The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, which is always a happy surprise at a salon/​spa. The building is clean and set up in a user-​friendly manner.
Denise Papin cut and colored my hair and she was awesome! She was a good listener about what I wanted and then did a great job executing it. She was also really wonderful about making me feel comfortable, e.g., offering a beverage, chatting with me when the moment was right, etc.
This was my first visit and I’m going back. That point alone says everything I need to say about Indulge and Denise.

My review is more for my esthetician, Angie Johnston, than the salon itself.
I have been going to her for almost 2 years. She moved to this new salon in February and I followed. Angie is super friendly, good to work with and has reasonable pricing. I have extremely sensitive skin and have not had any issues after a service.
I haven’t used any salon services but it is very new with beautiful fixtures. A huge plus — the front desk people are always friendly.
