I had to arrange for my mother’s cataract surgery with them and manage followup care. Granted I’ve not been to the place. I let her senior helper take her there. I think her surgery was fine but the customer service needs work. The people are nice but really disorganized. On the phone, they don’t seem to know what is going on with each patient. They told me conflicting information and wanted her to follow an eye drop schedule that she couldn’t do because she has dementia. I had to keep calling them to work it out. It seems like a case manager for each patient would help. Are they trying to accommodate more patients than the staff can manage?

Had a great eye exam at Hunkeler Eye Institute. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly and had a very minimal wait. The staff was thorough and explained everything they were testing for. Dr. McKnight answered every question I had and explained his recommendations in detail.
