Express Lock Service

Early this morning, I arrived home from my weekly walk through Loose Park to discover my lock decided to take his job as bouncer too seriously. He decided I should not be allowed in and my key no longer worked in my door. No warning it just refused to let me into my home. My key would get stuck about halfway into the lock and wouldn’t turn.
After a quick Google search, I tried WD 40 to no avail, my concierge attempted to use the building master key, but the lock still wouldn’t work, so I began calling locksmiths. The first guy said it would be $ 19 for him to come out here, and $ 25 for a new lock, he then said he’d have his worker call me. That worker informed me that there’d be a labor fee and a whole host of other possible fees based on the type of lock and he couldn’t even give me an estimate.
So I called Express Lock Service and met Chris. Chris let me text him an image of the lock, from which, he was able to give me a flat rate. He came out quickly, was professional and helpful. I appreciate the fact that there was no hidden fees or costs. He was great to deal with and I would use him again without hesitation.

This guy is awesome! He was headed home for the day but remembered that I had called earlier to inquire about a key removal & so he called me to see if I still needed assistance. I did need him (I simply wasn’t home when I called the first time) so extended his day to drive out and fix my lock. This number is officially in my phone for any & all locksmith needs. Incredibly impressed.
