I just want to thank everyone at Audio Mart Service Center. The customer service people were outstanding at contacting me and keeping me updated. Brian has decades of experience behind him at fixing these sorts of things.
When my EAD CD-​1000 series III wasn’t reading discs I went into panic mode. This is my beloved CD player that has withstood the tests of time. I immediately phoned Noble Electronics seeing what they could do for me. They diagnosed my problem and directed me towards Brian at Audio Mart Service Center.
I shipped my EAD from San Diego to Kansas and was told that they would have it fixed within a week after paying the $ 50 bench fee. Well guess what, they had it fixed the following week and it was shipped back to me in only 3 days from Kansas. I am a very happy person because I can enjoy this amazing CD player that is truly an audiophile relic today.
Once again, thank you Brian and the lady and male who took care of me on the phone the whole time.

The owner and technician, Brian is a swell guy. Professionally trained he is able to work magic on high end as well as medium end audiophile equipment.
My Pioneer PL-​15D-​II died on me for no reason I could figure out. Brian required only a $ 35.00 deposit to troubleshoot the thing and that $ 35.00 would be applied against the total if I decided to have him do the work, which I did. Total charge was under $ 90.00 complete with a thorough cleaning of everything and a polishing of the tone arm as well as an analysis of the stylus on my B&O cartridge.
Brian is pleasant to deal with; more than engaging in answering questions and responding. The work was done is less than a week.
