I just went through the drive thru but the service was good, she answered my questions without acting like I was a lunatic for asking a question. I received my order quickly and the food was good.
I’ve been turned off by Arby’s for several years, so maybe this’ll help me give them more chances in the near future.

The young lady at the counter was friendly, and courteous. My dine-​in lunch order was ready in just one minute. I liked the options at the topping and sauce bars. The dining area was clean, with country music playing.

Outstanding. Jennifer did a great job plus a military discount. Food was fast, hot, and tasty. The only negative was the container was a little lite on Arbys sauce.
