I was looking for someone to finish my home theater and called to get an estimate. A few days later I got a call back to set up an appointment. Shawn never showed up on the appointed day, didn’t call. I tried calling that day and a few days later to inquire, as there could have always been some sort of emergency. That was weeks ago and no contact. Too bad there are so few people that perform this kind of service that that ones that do aren’t reliable.

Not only is the owner a personal friend, but a staple in this community. Shawn is a GREAT guy, always seeking to please every customer that walks through his door. I have always been extremely satisfied with all the products, and car remote starts he has installed. I own a business downtown, and anytime i need a project done, he is there, with great ideas, and has always given a perfect finished product. Shop local, shop Ottawa!
