This place is disgustingly unclean. To start they were out of Hot and Sour soup. That alone should have made me go elsewhere but I purchased General Tso’s Tofu instead.
What I got was a bunch of sweet, fried tofu and 4 pieces of broccoli with rice. This was supposed to be a bit spicy and was not. I was in Oswego for work and will be sure to never go back to this crappy place!

My roommates and I ordered sesame chicken from here and we all ended up getting food poisoning! Would not recommend ever eating here.

I’ve tried this place twice. The first visit proved unsatisfactory, but I figured it was an off day. I tried a second time; train wreck. I ordered lemon chicken with an egg roll for 11.99. Overpriced for the amount. The chicken was HORRIBLE. Wet, soggy, oily, and nauseating. I attempted to kindly get a refund and the man who was at the register kept repeating that the boss was not in town. He admitted to being able to give me a refund but continued to say the boss wasn’t in town. He proceeded to laugh at my attempt to reason with him. Never again will I eat at this so-​called «restaurant».

My mouth just waters thinking about the only decent Chinese food spot located in Oswego.
If you’re ever in Oswego or if you’re a SUNY Oswego student and live on campus or on the west side of town then this is your best bet for food. It’s delicious, they have specials, and it beats Wonton all day every day!

Okay Chinese food for Oswego, decent delivery, tons of options. After tasting the foods of the many different Chinese American restaurants in NYC you begin to form what you think is good ‘Chinese’. If you’ve never had Chinese food outside of Oswego you’d probably rate them 5 stars.
