A group of my colleagues and I stayed here for a meeting last night. I had made arrangements with Tom and Kristy the month leading up to our arrival, with plenty of changes and cancellations in between. Tom and his staff were always on top of things and always with such a wonderful and positive attitude. Upon arrival, staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. It was a full house but we were able to check in early. The rooms were basic, nothing fancy, but were clean and very comfortable. This is a very recommended hotel, for business or pleasure. And tell Tom I said hi. :)

My friend and myself arrived at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Oswego on May 14th at 1:00 am or so. I was approached by Karon at the front locked doors, I was asked may I help you, I told her I had a reservation and she said impossible all rooms are booked. It was my mistake, but Karon went out of her way to finds us a room. Karon was so professional and kind to myself and my friend. The staff besides Karon was great. Kristie, Thom and Dave were great during our stay, all went out of their way to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express if you are traveling through Oswego IL.

We were not impressed with this hotel at all. The service was so-so…The sink was outside of the bathroom right smack dab near the front door! Consequently, I woke my entire family up when I got up the next morning to get ready for our day! The breakfast food was so-​so = the dining area was about as big as your kitchen, so folks had to take their food up to their rooms or to another side area. We were here for a special event, so the hotel options were limited. However, we’ll just have to stay outside of the area, if we return next time.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express this weekend and although it was a decent hotel, I thought the prices were a bit high for the hotel. The pool seemed clean but was small and the breakfast could stand to have some healthier options. I will say that the refrigerator may have been one of the best I have ever seen. The refrigerator actually kept my stuff cold and the freezer refroze my ice packs. There is not much for hotel in this area, so I guess they can skirt by with having higher prices and not offering much.

I had some out of town visitors stay there for two nights. I was pleased to hear that they loved the room, service, people (Especially Tom, the Mgr.) and breakfast in the morning. Thanks for making me look good to my son’d future in-​laws from Ohio!
