OMG! Had an appt. set for 3 weeks ahead of time. She had another last minute booking so she rushed, rushed, rushed! Totally messed up the job, blamed me for her mistakes. I trusted her, liked her, this is what I get? Almost all the work she has done had to be done over; infections, incorrect fillings, painful fillings, botched root canal, etc.
She is a” discount dentist”, except many times the price is much more than she first told me (I have it in writing, the estimate.)
I have never seen a professional act like this; swearing, cursing, and altogether out of control .
My root canal was badly done, and it cost me $ 2000 to redo it. It also leaked infection into my lower jaw, and I hope it’s gone now.
When I saw the X-​rays of her work compared to a good root canal I was shocked.
I so liked her personally until that last terrible vist.

Terrible experience with this office. Went in once for a check-​up — they screwed up my x-​ray, which caused the doctor to curse repeatedly (and loudly) about it. There was blood and grime on the walls (ewww!) and the spit drain even had remnants of someone else’s nastiness. I will never go back, and would never recommend this dentist. I would have given them 0 stars if I could’ve.
