Ok, so this place is literally 10 miles away and I only go when out of town friends visit as I’m not really a shopper but the mall is nice, there is a polo and coach store and like a hundred others :-)

One of the largest outlet malls I have seen in a long time. The deals were good, which quite possibly due to visiting on a holiday weekend. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the outlets this weekend. Very well kept, polite staff, and the outlets seemed to go on forever.

Typical outlet mall. If you’ve seen one… you’ve seen this one. Your typical stores, no worth the drive prices. I could be bias because I’m not a fan of outlets because I never see a huge difference in the prices. I’ve been to outlets in Massachusetts, Georgia, Illinois, Tennessee and Missouri they aren’t created equal but give you the same effect with the same stores give or take a few.

Meh stores can be found anywhere. Saw a railing that was rusted through. Lots of empty slots and no big draws like Kate Spade, Saks, etc. Sperry store not a sale at all.

Been coming from Kansas City each year for three years now. Just a little disappointed to see several stores empty! Really missed Cold Water Creek! But I do love this place and did some Christmas shopping. It has a great variety of store for everyone! The buildings are showing their age and needs some brightening up! But I love the stores.

I’ve always loved this place and enjoy coming here on my yearly lake trip. There’s not many places for younger adults(like me) to shop, but there’s definitely something for everyone. There are a lot of empty shops, which is sad, but this place is fun to go to if you just want to spend some time away from the lake.

This outlet mall has quite the store selection. Anywhere from hardware stores to clothing stores to shoe stores. It is a little older but the maintenance workers do a great job of keeping the mall clean and up and running. Great place to come and shop all day and just have some family fun! Don’t forget to stop by the chocolate factory! Overall great outdoor outlet mall.

I really want to knock this place down for the design of the ramps and such for disabled people! my daughter is in a wheel chair and I pretty much had to pick her up to. I really liked the look they were going for and to be unique but again that didn’t play in there favor for very friendly to «all» needs. Other than that I love to shop, and they had all the stores you expect in an outlet. I did some shopping and was happy the whole time, didn’t let all the quirkiness of the walkways get in my way. Every store I went in had a friendly staff and helped in every way possible. I don’t know if I would go here if I was in the area again, maybe if I wanted to shop with a workout of carrying my daughter around for the day!

Love this mall but happened to go on a day that was a little rainy and I had a stroller. The stores are but made for strollers or wheelchairs. This means you must go out into the rain to get from store to store. It was really a problem.

Stores galore! Over the course of my finally aged life, I have visited this outlet mall numerous times. A trip is most commonly made here due to a much needed break from the sun or to avoid the stormy weather. I will say, it is not the best place to avoid the sun because you will do a lot of walking. When it’s scorching hot out(as it commonly is during the Summer in MO), it can be a bit of a pain so prepare to drive! They have tons of great stores. I recommend checking out the complete list and planning where you want to go because it’s a rather large mall. Also note, it can be really busy during 4th of July or Memorial Day weekend from all the tourists flocking to the sales. Alos, they have a movie theater here! I don’t know how many are in Osage Beach, MO so I think this might be special. Enjoy the out doors while ya shop!

I only saw a few stores that were actually«outlets». I hate it when you think your going to a pure outlet center and it just is not that. I guess if your searching for Coach, Nike, Under Armour, Jockey, Fossil, then this would be the place to go. The place is run down and many shops are closed and abandoned. This place is the most horrible place i have been to for shopping for handicap accessability. I mean seriously who wants to get on a ramp at the end of the strip and have to go all the way back they came from? This is including strollers and wheelchairs. There are soooo many stairs everywhere. The doors to get in just are horrible. It is one door just your normal size width and they all open outward, they don’t go both ways. Only a handful of doors have two and again they still swing outwards. The food area just lacks. I think if there wasn’t a move theater in this place it would be almost shut down. I would not waste your time going here if you aren’t looking for the few outlets they do have.

The outlets are a great way to spend a day away from the lake, especially if it is raining out. We go every year when we are in the Ozarks for vacation. The wide range of stores keeps everyone interested in shopping(at least for a little bit). Every store seems to have a great sale, plus you can get even more discounts by picking up a AAA discount brochure. We always seem to walk away with a bunch of stuff at half the cost we would of paid in a normal mall.

Whenever I am at the lake I try to make my way over to the outlet malls to see what type of deals I can find. Sometimes I leave happy, sometimes I leave empty handed. It all really varies, I am not an avid shopper but I do recogonize a deal when I see it. Selection is good with stores from Eddie Bauer, Gap, Nike, Nautica, Levi’s, Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Adidas, along with numerous random shops that are often worth checking out but be prepared to walk. Clearly the car is king here and it shows by the huge parking lots that overtake the outlet mall forcing the most egar shopper to walk probably a mile or so to reach every store and back to your car. During the peak summer months and holiday weekends this place can be very busy with shoppers trying to get the best deals so be patient stop for a frozen lemonaid and take a breather before taking on the next leg of your shopping adventure.

Whenever I’m in this part of Missouri, which generally is once a year, this is the BEST place to shop. Every time I turned a corner, there was another store I was in love with. Osage has all the typical«outlet» stores(i.e. Nike, Coach, Banana, etc.), however there are a few surprises :) I look forward to coming here every time. I hope you guys have a great time too :)

I love going to an outlet mall that actually has stores! This has always been a staple at the Lake and I look forward to spending time down here every time we come. You can get some great deals no matter what the season when you shop here. For instance: Eddie Bauer — fleece for $ 12 Ann Taylor Loft — extra 30% off on clothes made my shirt very inexpensive Van Heusen — mens pants for $ 20, score! Coach — they always give you a 30% coupon on top of their good prices Osage Popcorn Company — sample it all before you buy! My husband doesn’t do a lot of shopping with me but because this was a mall with many stores he’d enjoy, we spent a few good hours here going in and out of just about every store and finding great finds. There is only one restaurant on site but their menu is so limited that we opted to go elsewhere. They have a Wehrenberg theatre with a few movie screens and their ticket prices are cheaper. There’s a few openings for a few more stores so I can’t wait to see what they add on my future visits to this awesome establishment.

I had blast shopping here last week after escaping from a day full of boring conference jibber jabber! I was pretty tired so I only made it to a few stores that I prioritized before I got there: Ralph Lauren, Ann Taylor, LOFT, Banana Republic and BCBG. If it was so darn hot out and I wasn’t so tired, I would have loved to go to Nine West and Nike. I scored some work clothes for myself and lots of gifts for family and friends! I will definitely need to make another trip out here if I am in the area again.

Who decided to create an outdoor outlet mall where the stores are spaced really far apart in a summer tourist town in hotter than hell Missouri? There are some good stores here(Banana Republic and Brooks Brothers! Let’s hear it for awesome deals on work clothes!) but God help you if you want to walk between them in the Missouri summer. I suspect most people drive around this mall, but why? That’s ridiculous. Had it not been for the crushing heat, I probably would have shopped more, but oh well. Like most things at The Lake, this place has seen better days, but there is definitely some good shopping to be had.

I like, I like! It’s hard to shop outside when it’s a bazillion degrees, but this is a great outlet mall and you can really get some bang for your buck. I’m going to break this down into different characters so you can see a wider range of what you can enjoy at Osage Beach: The Fashionable Lady: Ann Taylor Loft BCBG Banana Republic Nike(fitness needs fashion, too) Nine West Bath & Body Works Ralph Lauren Gap The«Hip» Dad: Nautica Tommy Hilfiger The Levi Store Christopher & Banks Casual Male Brooks Brothers The Housewife: Discount Vacuum Outlet Kitchen Collection Le Gourmet Chef Nautical Landing Tuesday Morning There are also a handful of random shops with gifts and other knick-knacks(hate that word) and there’s plenty to see and keep you occupied — make a day out of it! Minus a star because they REALLY need some restaurants in here. I can’t survive on snacks all day! Easy parking, clean walkways. Good spot. Happy shopping!
