Jerry’s Cafe & Bar

Tried Jerry’s after a day of Christmas shopping. What an experience! Best burger ever, Cajun fish was great as well. We will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere here. Recently renovated, set up as the perfect place to watch the game, or grab a drink after work and relax. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the owner is a great host.
Their menu is large, chances are you’ll find something you like. Burgers being their speciality, but don’t let that steer you away from choosing a fish dinner or bigger entrée.
A large beer and liquor selection coupled with a great staff, clean environment, and great food makes this must!

The beer selection is great and the atmosphere is just right. Catch a football or baseball game on the nice flat screens. Just enjoy a great place in a great town.

Our original dining destination was closed on Monday, so we just stopped at the next place we saw… Jerry’s Café.
It was serendipitous.
This is basically a bar serving food, so expect pub fare, and the rating is relative to the genre.
The pub fare however was quite well done.
They had a chicken burger on special that came with I think they were called «tater puppies,» small potatoes, wedged, VERY lightly battered, (possibly seasoning only,) and deep fried.
The chicken burger was actually homemade, chopped chicken breast and seasonings, hand– formed into patties not… some gobble-​glued mad-scientist’s experiment gone awry.
It was juicy, and flavorful.
The lady had a regular cheese-​burger and fries, (hand-​cut she thinks), sauteed onions on the burger.
The waitress was quite enthusiastic about their burgers, and indicated that au jus was incorporated in the ground beef before they were formed, the lady left a bite for me to sample and either the onions or the au jus definitely had wine incorporated in the preparation.
It was remarkable how much that single touch animated the character of the end product.
The lady prefers her fries softly done as years of braces as a kid turned that into a preference.
She always asks that her fries be lightly done.
No place has EVER complied except Jerry’s Café.

You won’t find haute cuisine here, but the pub fare is great!
