Dravenstott’s Restaurant

Terrible food with service to match. I went with a cousin who said this place was good. It was Friday late afternoon during lent and we saw they had a fried fish special. She said it would be good. We both ordered it.
Right away the server brought a big soupy bowl of Cole slaw and in just two or three minutes we had our fish and fries. The fries were frozen fries dropped in hot oil, but not for long enough, so they were not warm all the way through. The fish was straight out of a frozen box. I tried three bites of it but the third was gray and tasted like bitter ground up paper.
There were two other tables in the whole place, but the server avoided coming to our table for over ten minutes. We finally had to call her over. When we told her we were expecting a very different kind of fish she said that kind did not start until 4:00 pm. It was 3:56 pm. She asked if we wanted to see a menu. We said we did. She asked if we wanted to see a manager and we said we did.
A manager came out, she was not dressed professionally at all. She was also not friendly. I guess she was there to repeat what the server had already told us. Then she said we could have just told our server and she would have taken care of it. What? We DID tell our server. She acted like we were stupid for wasting her time talking to us. Nobody there cared at all about our food or service.
As we were ready to leave I got stomach cramps and ran to the bathroom. I was stuck in there for over five minutes with a stomach attack. My cousin was fine. Then we got to our next stop two minutes away and she had to run to the bathroom twice with an identical stomach attack. I’m blaming this awful establishment. It’s the only thing we’d eaten the same.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Probably would be so bad if the unattended children were leashed instead of digging through the salad bar. I thought to change my all you can eat salad bar to one trip and was told no. So I left hungry after paying for a 10.00 cup of chili. Yuck

Got the salad bar and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was cold, the salad is so so, but the soup with salad bar was worthy. I usually like getting their food from the drive up service, it always seems better for some reason. Not my top pick, but I will return.

In Orville, Ohio for a softball tournament and was looking for a local small town country breakfast and found it. Clean, cheap and tasty. I got the big D… 2 eggs, potatoes, bacon and rye toast. A cup of black coffee and some local smucker’s jam and I was in heaven. 4 stars for the «just what I was looking for» breakfast joint.

Place is awful, old, musty, and overpriced. Unfortunately I have been here 5 – 6 times and hate it every time.

The menu is so so, the food it’s self is about as good as a family reunion pot luck. Now if you are into that this is your place. It has a dark damp feel to the restaurant. Food is priced well but it’s just not my cup of tea.

First time at this pleasant Restaurant. Great soup and salad bar. Lots of selections. Friendly waitress. Shared chocolate overboard dessert. Was delicious! Will definitely stop here next time in Orrville. Also has drive in speakers in back of restaurant.

If you want a home style meal Dravemstott’s is the place to go. They have an excellent soup an salad bar. I would highly recommend the chicken noodle soup. It’s one of the best I’ve ever had. I also recommend trying a slice of pie they are delicious. It’s consistently good as I hadn’t been there in years. It’s kinda different visiting without my grandmother.

Excellent steak sandwich!

I had a hair in my food and all they did was take a $ 2 off my bill. Go to Buehlers a block down better salad bar and hairless food.
